I'll fess up. I got my brother to get me to 2.5 million, he just kept going and eventually got bored. There must be a trick to it we are missing as he is only 3 years younger than me.

 

The trick is not to follow it with your eyes. Pick a spot on the screen and watch the shells with your peripheral vision.
