    Gino will make sure he doesn't have to pay for lunch to get the only England manager with a 100% win record. Maybe even take a loan out against the Ann Swanson family stand to cover his lunch.

    Farke sacked by Moenchengladbach.

    Had it happened a few weeks earlier I wonder if we'd have ended up with him instead of Ismael?

    He does seem to specialise in getting promoted from the Championship.

    That sounds like a word you would say if you trapped your fingers in a door. I'm not sure Farke would suit us - especially managing the side that did the double over Norwich a few times ;)
