I think with Louza, Davis, Hause fit and integrated you could genuinely get away with Gaspar or Ngakia as RWB at this level because the rest of your team would be good.

The RWB seems extra important right now because we’re playing a back 3 of Cathcart, Sirrelta & Kabasale who all hate the football! For me another ball playing centre back is far more important than a RWB personally, that’ll allow us to build and play.

Disagree. Last time we won promotion from this league it was due to the Femenia/Sarr thrust on our right side. We may as well sell Sarr today if he's not going to get any support from an overlapping RWB/RB.

 

If this is the case (which is debatable/possible) it still relies on all of them getting and then staying fit for the entirety, or at least vast majority, of the rest of the season.

 

Absolutely...losing Kiko (who is way too good for the Champo) and not signing anyone possessing anything close to his attributes is plain bloody stupid and also reduces Sarr's impact.

 

I’m guessing RE hasn’t read this forum as he’s not yet resigned .

It makes me wonder if he’s really the man to lead this club if he’s not prepared to resign to prove a point .

 

Yes agreed what an idiot! He would rather take the opportunity to make a name for himself potentially and lead a team to promotion than resign to prove a point that doesn’t really exist . Completely brainless .

Lazy, arrogant,never won a match of note in his life. Shouldn't be anywhere near coaching.
I've long since ceased to blamed him.
The imbeciles on the committee that allow him to be a park keeper just so they don't have to be there any more than to play tennis and water the hanging baskets are to blame.
Edwards is just the symptom isn't he?
Some coach sooner or later has to speak out or do they all sign a silence clause?
