Firstly can I say thank you to everyone who wrote a preview this season. They were a great read with some very good insight and comedy thrown in. @tonycotonstache @Diamond @PowerJugs @BeersThen @Ilkley To all the above, special thanks for doing some great work. Ok enough waffle. Do you still want to use this same format going forward, or would you like to change things so it's more like a first-come-first-served basis? Or perhaps we can change how the previews are done entirely a bit like @Steel City Gold put forward, where we can all list our experiences with past matches, best pubs and general narration on the local wildlife. Interested to know you're thoughts. Skyla x
It's a bit down to 'Dear Reader' on this one, Skyla. For example, for the one (or maybe two) Sheffield away games I'll quite happily answer any questions that said readers have about anything Sheffield-related. I'm just not an xG /Xg/xg/XG/ex gee sort of guy...
You're not alone in this. I can understand calculus and a good part of quantum mechanics, but this xg nonsense has me completely flummoxed.

Nope... Not sure people have quite cottoned on to what a game changer this is going to be across all aspects of our life (starting with work). At work, being able to use it is like having an infinitely knowledgeable, infinitely patient and super productive employee. Things that would either take days or were beyond my team's skillset (e.g. complex data analysis) can now be done in minutes. Whole industries are already redundant, we just haven't woken up to it yet! Having said that, doing an entertaining pre match preview for an esoteric site like this is probably one of the few things it can't do (yet) as there are too many in jokes and sarcasm that don't make sense to outsiders. It could do a factual one but would be very dry. Any attempt for it to try a humorous one would be cringeworthy I think.
Except that Chatgpt relies on plagiarism. There are going to be some huge legal cases in the near future. Not only that but there are possible libel cases, too. I've been erroneously cited by Chatgpt for stuff I haven't written. Having said that many businesses do require staff to use sites like Chatgpt rather than have their employees think.
