Pozzo Out

I'm just numb now. This club has ruined my affection for football and Watford. Dodgy Transfers, silencing fans, not communicating (GINO). I want him out. I don't really care who we get, we're already a sinking ship.

 

I’d never want anything other than the best interest of the club at heart.

But if the club is going to fall down and wilt, then seeing Pozzo get burnt as much as possible is the only positive.

 

Funny that WBA were all for getting the owner out when they were at the bottom of the league... Now they are all "together" for the big push.

As bad as those owners are (and they must be awful considering they're in an even more precarious financial position than us at the moment), they at least seem to have struck gold with Corberan, and if we are anywhere close to where they are this time next season I'll be happy!

 

Admitting there is a problem, deciding exactly what it is, followed by the solution and we might have a chance, however we have been on a rollercoaster for the last 10 years, I wouldn’t expect the circus to stop anytime soon!

 

Started well but not exactly pulling up trees at the minute. They are mid table form wise. I'll be amazed if they go up but they are better than us (@Jumbolina ) that's for certain

Reading the first 4 pages of this thread is a stark reminder of how stubborn some of our fans are.

 

The club is on secure footings.

 

Absolute gold in those first 5 pages. I wonder if any have the humility to admit how wrong they were.

A sizeable proportion of our fans deserve what is around the corner.

 

I know, right? I saw someone agree that anyone suggesting that the Pozzo’s need to go are complete bonkers, and that they had been nothing short of sensational, up to 2019.

Disappointed to see I didn’t post on this thread for a year and when I did I was still pro-pozzzo. I think I gave them the benefit of the doubt until the Ivic fiasco and then joined the real heads in the BWO. I’m sure one of the resident stalkers can clarify for me though

I think I was a bit blind to their failings until we went down and couldn't spend any money and it was clear how much financial mess we were in. I still didn't think they weren't actively trying to harm us, even when they brought in a series of poorly-thought out punts like Rose, King and Tufan, but then they gave Mehdi Bayat £5m for Bayo...

Not really. They've been protesting for ages and still want their owner out. He's taken the club for a complete ride and *owes them* loads of money. They've just said that for the last three games when there's still a chance of going up and avoiding financial armageddon they'll suspend protests to minimise distractions. You do them a disservice by suggesting they're fair weather protestors, they've continued to protest throughout the season as they've climbed the table, including just over a week ago.

 

I’d like to say a massive thank you to the bravery and dedication of those who typed the words they did onto their keyboards. Please keep the good fight up . Imagine the state our club would be in if you hadn’t have done that … oh wait ..,

They're not really much better than us and apparently are worse off financially. I hate to say it but I will be surprised if the scum don't make the play off final and just hope Boro do as well. Whoever finished 5th and 6th look weak
