It's purely based on number of messages posted, so I wouldn't worry about it!
I do this now.
I won't renew my season ticket and so won't have to watch the ****s.
Without the Premier League £30 cap, most away fan tickets are at or above that. Even in League 2 (Mansfield is my example from this year), it’s more at £45 for an adult.
Yes but to be fair, that was the price for the full exec box and champagne reception.
Hmm... I'm not sure - there have been a few seasons when we had one point from the opening two games. I know we lost 1-2 at home to Preston then drew 3-3 at Plymouth in the following game. Don't think Spam were a Championship club that season but cannot be sure.
What? It’s £45 for an away fan at Mansfield!??
It's actually from the 11/12 season (the Dyche one). We had drawn at Burnley and then lost at home to Derby.
A reply to my email?!
Thanks for my new team role Diolch
Tbh IBB, you might be waiting till a new regime takes over first. They might go through old emails then find yours addressed to the previous owners. You might get a reply then, but I am not sure it will be exactly what you anticipated.
I might start enjoying football again.
Fond memories of watching highlights of Port Vale v Oldham at 1 am on a Saturday night and wondering where it all went wrong.
Or even if they're good enough.
A weekend away in Blackpool, Cardiff and Swansea, plus a possible weekend away in Cornwall or Devon for Plymouth if they get promoted.
A trip to Middlesbrough, the only away game that I have never been to of all the clubs in the top two divisions.
You've missed nothing
Presuming they don't get promoted then the only thing I will look forward to is Luton away
Convenient for a weekend on the North York Moors, Whitby etc.
23 quid from the link below
I hadn't thought of that. Could mean less away games then, I am not prepared to pay much over £30 for a league game.
More Saturday 3pm games.
Unless Sky go all West Brom with us and have each home game on it seems .
Can’t spend 80% of your budget on Mogi Bayat clients when you own them all anyway. That’s the end-game.
Except this won’t happen.
Email me mate. I'll reply to you.
You never know Burnsey, we can all dream
TVOR can get a ST and the belief-o-meter inside the stadium will surely be MAXED out, as the fans who purport to support the club drive us to GLORY.
Who can forget the return of our ship.
2 years ago was a horrible season and (I think) shocked most of us, followed by a fairly exciting promotion season. To have gone full circle to right now has really angered us and we question our owners more than ever...
This season (and age) has changed my outlook... I want my club to succeed, I want us to be top 12 in the prem, I want us to buy the right sort of players that we can really connect with, not feel like we have for nearly 4 years.
I seriously wonder if the biggest single fear we have is that GP sells up, we get bought out by a rubbish consortium, and go thru 10 years of serious demise like many other ex prem clubs.? I now think that has been my main fear, and now I refuse to worry about.!
WFC will go on and on, GP might get it right next year, maybe he'll sell, but at least next season if in the championship we will at least lose that horrible gut wrenching feeling you get most weeks trying to enjoy football. We can just go week to week knowing that zero games are a forgone conclusion, and I like that type of football.!! The rest will just "happen"....
I don’t think this season is such a surprise really but we could have helped ourselves with better buys and more consistency or rather turning up in important games .
We've gone backwards each of the last 3 seasons, as a club.
I see no reason to expect that trend to reverse next season.
Nice juxtaposition of 'backwards' and 'reverse'. You're just practising, aren't you?
The full Z-Cars not being interrupted by this Premier League "anthem" bow-locks.
JP and cucho (if we keep them) will tear up the championship, am sure Dennis will probably leave but those three would be frightening.
kucka will be able to go up against some real hard men
we will probably end up with a different goalie (not that I object to foster)
The Premier League is ****. At least the Championship is not completely about TV revenue without any consideration of fans who actually attend the matches.
The Premier League is a dream killer for most teams unless you are one of big boys. With the exception of Leicester in a one off season a few years back it is pay to win.
