I'm know the feeling. I'm getting concerned if they hold up this announcement too long they'll be hard pressed to get this bloke's replacement announced in time too. It'll cause an almighty backlog in head coaches coming and going.

 

This wait is ridiculous. Can't they reveal the new man bit by bit - 5pm, feet and ankles, 8pm, knees, 11pm, rude bits?
Fully revealed by 9am Saturday?

Officially back to Dave Harlequin as of yesterday.

 

The new coach will either be someone I've heard of or not heard of, they'll be British or foreign, they'll have a cr@p reputation or a great one, and at the end of the day they'll have a squad including Kayembe, Ince, Sissoko and Pozzo will eventually sack them.

It's all incredibly boring.

 

Even if the Pozzos genuinely wanted Dyche, surely he of all people would run a mile from them?

 

Presumably though this is a market where a £10 bet make the odds shift?

 

I don’t think he does hold resentment towards us, but he realises the way we operate (even when the operation was working well) is not his cup of tea, have to say it ended up pretty well for both parties

Reminds me of my random entry into the Irish Open poker sponsored and priced by paddy power about 15 years ago. Think I started at 300-1, a few chums put £20 on and before the off I was 33-1. Day one went well and ended on about 125k chips and when I wandered into Day 2 was 8-1 second favourite behind some swedish chap. Was eliminated 3 hours later.
