Jurado did exactly what he was supposed to do, which was to 'keep possession of the ball' as quoted by QSF. He actually did his job perfectly, yet unspectacularly. He had a role, he did his job. Tufan has no purpose/role in the team as does any of the midfield it seems. If we are to play 3 in the middle, they should be building play through the middle and working together, but I don't think they strung a sequence of passes together all game. 3 in the middle generally means holding midfielder/enforcer, playmaker and forward presser. Cleverley is the perfect forward presser but can't last the full game. Sissoko is a very good enforcer but can also drive forward as a playmaker. Louza has shown he can do all 3 roles. Kucka is past it, he tried to get forward and back but can't meaning he is out of position a lot, clumsy and just crap. I've not seen Tufan do anything, literally anything. A waste of a starting 11 slot, I'd rather give Gosling a run he did a decent job in the championship and is currently a much option than Tufan
Admittedly I haven't seen much of this guy, however, what I have seen I don't like! What does he bring to the table!? Kuca and Tufan need their loans cancelling and we need to sign at least two midfielders in January to replace them. Or sign one and re-call Dele-Bashiru from Reading and give him an opportunity!
Said this months ago. Literally the most ‘nothing’ player we have signed under Gino. The fact that anyone, let alone some vaguely informed people on here, thought we were better off replacing Hughes and Chalobah with Tufan and Kucka is laughable. No wonder Gino takes the p1ss with his recruitment.
Kucka has already agreed to sign permanently in the summer. A fact which nearly made me choke on my Xmas cheese platter yesterday when I found out.
Blatantly one of the players Ranieri called out for being unfit last month. I think in his defence he's not started many games, and it's not easy trying to influence things when we're already losing. That said, what does he actually do well? Nothing particularly special technically, doesn't win many tackles, and despite copious YouTube videos showing him score long range bangers, he's barely hit the target once. I'd say get rid but no doubt we can't until the summer
Admittedly the Championship is ****, but could Kucka even do a job in that league? No matter your ability, you need some level of stamina to succeed, and it looks like that is beyond Kucka now
I think even at the age of 44 Kucka could give us at least ten good performances in the Championship next season.
The problem with Tufan (others have mentioned) is he has been completely anonymous in every single game he’s featured. I can’t remember a single pass, tackle, shot, dribble, set piece or any other decent piece of play from him. Shame as I was actually excited when we signed him.
This guy has done nothing since he has been with us, in fact he is probably the worst player by far in what is a bad WFC team at present. I am amazed that he even gets playing time ahead of some of our other shall we say less than good MF players at present. PLEASE END THIS GUYS LOAN CONTRACT IN JANUARY HE IS A WASTE OF SPACE
This guy is complete and utter shyte, he looked shyte during his first game and if anything he's become worse. I see that if we stay up we have to buy this useless turd?
To be fair to the guy he has only featured in seven games total (think he made his debut in that dreadful caraboo exit to Stoke) and four of those have been subs. However, I do agree as midfielder he hardly looks like a prospect from what we have seen. No goals as of yet and barely looks like scoring one either. Not sure why he has turned out so poor so far. Still time for him to regain a bit of form but he will a backup cup player like Fletcher/Gosling I feel.
Lamp Post 2.0. Maybe we should make him a striker, park him at the edge of the 18 and just hoof it to him. Where's Boothroyd when we need him?
He is total **** and I hope we can send him back to where he came from during the January window even if it costs us money.
