Notice that those evening games from the 60s and 70s kicked off at 7.30. I remember it changing to 7.45 in the late 70s, not just at Watford but across the country. I’m not sure why.

 

The reason that you remember it is because when you are getting on a bit you remember random things from the past but not where you put your glasses.
