Just looked up Changchun's league position, 12th out of 16th, hopefully they kick on a bit next season! I'm guessing there league runs within a calander year?
Regret that he's probably double/tripled his wages? If he didn't care about football and playing to the best of his ability in the PL then he would have happily gone to China in the summer surely?
I imagine his misery was compounded when he caught a glimpse of the climate in northern China January puts a cold Tuesday night at Stoke in perspective
He sounds slightly bitter that the club didn't sell him to a Prem side for several million less. Wot are we, a charity?
He didn't have to go but he wouldn't have received a squad number and would have been dumped with the U23s, but then again the U23s aren't that desperate.
Took one last trip on the train it seems...in the shopping centre. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/ne...weekend_wheels_are_not_an_Aston_or_a_Bentley/
Is that not tapping up? I really dislike fat Sam, does anyone remember when we played Bolton in the FA cup and he stuck their sub keeper upfront because they were winning by quite a bit and we were utterly hopeless...where are Bolton now?
For some reason I thought Ighalo was younger than 27. Makes us selling him even more of the right decision, for both us and him. His career will be over soon so a nice financial windfall will do him no harm.
Unfair. The sub keeper hadn't played a first-team game before and had been told he was being released at the end of the season, so Sam gave him a moment of glory.

Class. He clearly was never fussed about the money, so it's good to see that when he has got it, he's put it towards something worthwhile. Well done Odion.
