Not a chance, the club didn't even bother to address the second time Gray did it - he is far an away the face of that behaviour, and coincidentally the worst player among them, yet here he is continuing to stink the club out at every opportunity.

There's absolutely no way they're making decisions based on that one transgression for the two lesser parties, the best part of a year down the line.

What they are making decisions based on, however, I'm afraid I have no clue.

His attitude can’t be questioned, he loves this club.

 

He must be agitating for a move. Imagine being mainly crap in the Championship and somehow having the chance to move to a team near the top of the Premier League. Wouldn't be surprised if he refused to play tonight, will probably never get another opportunity at a move like this.

 

Let's suppose this transpires and he does down tools.
Given how much we have invested in his rehabilitation and how distinctly average he has been this would be very unedifying.
I do hope this does not occur.

It's one of the least explainable/understandable decisions, because it would take so little effort it's unbelievable, it wouldn't even handicap the club on the pitch, and it's such a sensitive/hot-button issue. And yet more recently in this lockdown they've been media-touting their partnership with Watford General, selling the nurses sausage rolls from the concession stands, again. It's the UK government complaining about foreign powers whilst turning round and selling arms to Saudi to step up a devastating proxy war in Yemen, etc etc. Identical hypocritical energy.

I think that Arter is injured at the moment. I read somewhere that he warned Gosling not to sign for Nottingham Forest because the club is in a mess.

The thread on Chalobah on Foxes Talk forum is amazing. Makes our Dan Gosling one look positively enthusiastic.

There's a few of them that keep saying that it must be a "smokescreen" for another transfer. I think we should import this notion for the next godawful player we're linked with, so we can convince ourselves that Gino the Genius has something else up his sleeve.

 

I think Cathcart could have a go in midfield.

 

The bigger question is why do 4th place Leicester want Chalobah? He's alright but he'll end up a bench warmer for them

Yeah, I agree I think this is the most bizzare transfer window I have witnessed, Chalobah has struggled in most Championship games and passes to the opposition more than he does to his own team mates, he is slow and is guaranteed to get caught in possession at least five times a game probably , infact he is probably our worst senior midfielder, However, Leicester who have a fantastic squad want him.

I am just waiting for the Andre Gray to Man City rumours to start now.
