Did anyone else think it was well cheaky of that bloke selling all that Man Utd stuff outside the ground ???
I personally dont think that any team should have anyone selling their merchandise at away grounds, Watford included, i think it is a bad idea, what is to stop the idiots from buying a watford shirt outside the ground, infiltrating our end and starting trouble making it out to be us doing it?? If you remember when we were banned from europe due to crowd trouble at a liverpool game oh so many years ago, it was said then that it was posible it wasnt even real liverpool fans that were causing the trouble.
It's a bad idea. I think the club should stop it. However, being in the Premier League is more than worth the hassle. What I don't mind is the opposition selling fanzines and their own supporters stuff. I've even bought a few of the away fans fanzines as they're usually a very good read. Last year I got a QPR one and it was excellent. I gave it away to a QPR supporting mate before I got caught with it though
