Guilty or not, she has racked up more such coverage in just a year than any other case I can recall, going back to the Bridgwater Farm and 70s IRA miscarriages. That doesn't prove a thing but still...how unusual to see so many habitually cautious mainstream hacks prepared to put their bylines on court-questioning material.

B-b-b-but a jury of non-medical simpletons declared she's guilty so that's the end of it!

 

This was the appeal against the conviction from the second trial.

It’ll go on for years as long as there’s public interest, clicks, money to be made etc. Next up will be their attempt to get an appeal bid through the Criminal Cases Review Commission, which is the only avenue left.

 

What would be the only fitting end to all of this, would be her getting her appeal, proving her innocence in court, being released to a huge fanfare of press and well wishing conspiralooneys, only to immediately catch sight of a baby across the road and, in a blind rage, chase through traffic to try and murder it.

 

I’m surprised that her lawyers went with the ‘trial was unfair’ argument rather than mention all of the irrefutable evidence that the British public have discovered via social media and football forums.

Maybe it wasn’t that type of hearing.

 

No doubt the conspiraloonies would blame the underfunded local council and their stressed and overworked roadworkers because the road she ran across to kill the baby was in disrepair.

 

Surely they would blame immigrants?
