I've been relegated to Cat C. Apparently it's 15 away games since July '19. But I can only check back to late 2022 on the website - I have 9. Might give the ticket office a ring.
I’m A+, but I live 8 miles from L*t*n (on the right side of the border) so I’m not going all the way down to Watford (and possibly pay for parking) in order to get on a Harry Potter bus in order to get driven all the way back up into the hell zone and be squashed into the Oak Road end for two hours or more, before undertaking the return journey. Sky it is. Good luck to anyone going - hope we get the win so you can ‘enjoy’ the day and don’t come home with any diseases.
Wonder whether A+ is oversubscribed or fits the allocation. 22 since July 2021 doesn't feel like loads.
They need to update the website then https://tickets.watfordfc.com/scree...documents/html/Away Sales Policy 2023-24.html
I will be donning my SI and heading there to take the Bricklayers Arms..won’t bother about the match. That’s for the scarfers
They do. Though I think every time away tickets go on sale they include the bit clarifying it’s now done on a three season rolling basis.
On Sky plus I think. For some reason it's never been the main game in the time we have played them though. I guess we won't be making Luton fans do the same trip?
It's an absolute joke we're now made to get coaches to Luton. We've endured this trip for decades and no one has died. Why not give us the choice how to get there?
Almost certainly. What I don't understand is why Herts Police and/or Watford don't impose the same requirement on them.
Correct, if I were in charge I'd also consider that their fans could only get on the coach at Inverness.
Surely by that logic, it would be more controlled if they was put on coaches when they come to us. Letting them orcs patrol the beauteous avenues of Watford Town is pure irony.
Sadly as I'm in Group B I won't get a ticket. I honestly can't remember what happened last time but will it be on in town, or will the police put the kybosh on that?
I'm category A so will have to wait till Tuesday and hope I can get one. What would be useful is to see how far away I am from A+. I'm old and can't remember how many away games I've been to!
I’ve seen an email floating about on Twitter from the club to a supporter who enquired about the coaches stating that Luton don’t have official club coach travel so they will not be doing the same for the return fixture…. A shambles all round
Sky can't stop gushing over the intimidating* atmosphere of the "bobbers" at the "kenny". *which judging by their home performances over the past 15 months is about as intimidating as a not-very-intimidating-thing.
