The Blackburn goal wasn't a massive howler, but still, it was a tight shot where he got beat at his near post, the Coventry free kick again wasn't a howler but was a bit soft (although he did make up for it with the penalty save), the free kick against West Brom was poor, he got wrong-footed far too easily (although again, he did make some good saves to preserve a point), Middlesbrough and Millwall he wasn't good neither. Against Plymouth, Brum, Leeds (although ultimately it meant nothing other than preserving goal difference) and Swansea he had good games and saved us points, so in terms of shot-stopping I think he's more or less even for the season, but it's whether that's worth his weakness from crosses, or whether Hamer is better in any areas that's the question

As my remark was removed about ‘you know who’, and I appreciate why it was edited so apologies to the mods as you have to abide by slander rules etc .

But to justify , some mainstream TV presenters (, not naming any specifically )have a shady history of sexually badgering women that is akin to Russell Brand , that if it happened nowadays and not twenty years ago would be all over the press .

  6. Harry Winks is suspended and Leicester fans seem to think him pivotal. The main recommend for replacing him seems to be our old chum Hamza. Don't know about you, but I think Choudhury was one of the worst "footballers" we've seen at VR; loads of energy and aggression, but totally uncontrolled. We should look at trying to get him sent off.

Yes he's headless and adds nothing constructively but I thought Reids showed that he had some of the best defensive/interceptions/tackles data in the champ last season ?

You'd have to think he'd do quite well against our usually porous midfield, especially if he's able to get the ball quickly to someone competent at passing.

Indeed - all about enjoying the moments because the long-term future of 95% of clubs is fighting to survive. We've been quite lucky to have some incredible moments in our history.

Viewing this one as a bit of a free hit.

Will chuck a tenner on Leicester to win and another tenner on Leicester to win with a -2 handicap and at least I might be quids up if we don’t take a point(s).

No, it's the first time I've been this far east in the 'orient' of the island. Spent some days in Antilla and now in Guardalavaca at the beach. Did they appear in the video?

Muchísamas gracias los saludos hermano y por supuesto estoy pasando super bien aqui entre mis compatriotas...

For obvious reasons we always default to the Deeney goal when we think about Leicester, but that strike Chalobah pulled out of the bag earlier in that season was absolutely sensational. Might well be the cleanest strike of a ball I’ve ever seen. Beautiful. Every now and again after I’ve had a few Friday night couch beers, and the wife and kids have gone to bed, I’ll find it on YouTube and watch it over and over. A super little tipsy treat.

Wonder if @Filbert will make a sentimental return ?
Maybe result dependant ? We all know Leicester fans sole objective in life is to relegate WFC ;)
Speaking of which, has anyone seen HB1 recently ? No posts since Nov 11th.

AFAIK The Counting House is still the main away fan pub and very close to the ground.

If you’re getting in that early I’d suggest walking up Gallowtree Gate to the city centre. There’s a quiet little Everard’s pub on Highcross Street called King Richard III next door to the Cosy Club; where you can get food and doesn’t attract too many football goers in my experience. Feels like a good base for a couple of hours. It’s a ten minute walk from the station and leaves you with a 20 minute dash to the ground or you can head up Tigers Way towards the ground where there will be a few more fans but frankly that part of the city is a ********.
