Sarr might be the most overrated player in the country. Even the commentators talk about him 'tearing up the Premier league'. Aside from what, 2 games (?) did he ever really make that much if an impact?

Sarr is one of few players in this division who is on his day, unplayable. I would also put Pedro and Louza in the same bracket. Although with Sarr, he seems to have more off days than on, hence why he is still in this division and not playing for a top six
Premier League side. He almost certainly has the ability to reach the peak of the English game, but he holds himself back far to often and just makes up the numbers when he plays way below his level 75% of the time. He won't be at Watford for too much longer we know that, but his next career move will hinge on how he does in his reamaining time with us. Not putting himself in the "Window" is only going to see him carted off to Udinese when his contract is up. It's up to him, but he has the ability to show a top side what he can do.

By "on his day" I assume you mean "when he fancies it".
