Was trying to put something together but couldn't find a way to link my message to Burnsy's from Day 3 that would make it a valid claim. By the time I had something drafted, you had cast your vote on LR and the game was toast.

By not linking his messages Burnsy left the door open for that, but I was too slow, so hands up on that one.

Then I was just left - as Burnsy accurately said - desperately trying to get CB to side with us, hoping he hadn't read the thread properly! :D

Had Burnsy not outed himself, the plan was to see if he was lynched, and if so, use my message to outline who I would be killing, leaving LR to take whoever he pleased to seal the game. Perhaps that was the wrong approach in the end.

You live and learn. (Although in this case, alas, we did not live).

Looking forward to reading through the cemetery later when things are a little quieter work-wise.

As always, Dom, thank you for running a good game. Less so for introducing a third seer!!

I didn't put my real thoughts into the thread.

I would always have voted Ashdon before Burnsy, but tactically needed to know who was going to vote where, to make sure the numbers worked.

Once Burnsy threw his role into the open it was obvious, but I still needed to be a bit coy, to see how LR and Ashdon reacted, whilst thinking that maybe I could be persuaded to vote with them.

It was your ‘slam dunk’ comment that I couldn’t erase from my head! And then I asked you a couple of times to explain it (I now know why you didn’t) but your reluctance stupidly made me question your motives and waste a view.

In my defence, I wasn’t given previous views else I would have acted differently.

Tbf, a seer had suggested people vote for you. They would always remain low key about it so as to avoid being an obvious target for a night kill.

To me, it seemed utterly obvious that Horace had viewed you as evil, but not been active enough to lead the thread to get you lynched and then, tried half heartedly to point to your guilt.

The fact he didn't is on him as a bad seer.

Yep. Still can’t explain why he was suggesting I was worth voting for given he hadn’t viewed me. Seems he just said it (twice!) as a wild stab in the dark!

Did you/Ashdon just get really lucky with the first kill?

Horace was a let down, which is presumably why Dom allowed a 3rd.

I can't understand how Moog made it to the end. Day 1 he didn't say much but from Day 2 onwards it was clear that Moog was guiding team good out of the mire, surely a huge target, that's why I protected Moog on night 2.

Thought you did a pretty good job of rubbishing that as an unlikely and desperate clain TBH, esp given no links in the 2 days messages. You had me convinced but sadly I was irrelevant !

Made me wonder right up until today whether he'd only survived as he was a wolf all along....

I was pretty certain Otter was one of the main Good characters when I killed them, though I was thinking they were more likely to be the Seer than the Guardian. Beyond that my kills were mostly just tactical.

I did think it was most likely them, but didn't know for sure.

Burnsy was also my outside candidate based on the Horace posts, which made his spiel yesterday all the more confusing, because even though I still figured Ashdon was probably the Alpha, the more Burnsy went on the more he was genuinely starting to make me wonder if he was the Alpha making a ridiculous bluff.

I got a little lucky with Nisman.

I noted something down on Day 1 that put him as a potential target for a kill - would have to read it again - but he was either going on day 1 or 2 for me from then on.

By Day 3 I had a hunch that either Lowerrous or Sinatra was my fellow wolf, and still had a question mark over Burnsy having named him twice myself. Was only when Sinatra was lynched that I had the full picture more or less pieced together.

On day 2 I was busy so it transpired that I had the deciding vote.

At the time Horace had 4 votes and Sinatra 3, I was very suspicious of Ashdon but because of my role I didn't want to be the sole voter of Ashdon. Horace had only posted a couple of times all day so I tipped the balance thinking that if Sinatra was good then Moog would be the obvious kill so I protected Moog.

On night 1, I was toying between protecting Moog or Miked but I felt that Moog being called good was an obvious choice and the wolves would avoid in case of me. But Cthulhu's postings made me think that he was most in danger.

I should have potentially taken you out earlier on @wfcmoog , but you're always good value in these games and I thought it would be worse off without you. You also seemed happy to go along with my theory on Burnsy (even if those weren't your actual theories).

I resisted the urge to kill you, ultimately to evil's detriment. Obviously knew you were good from day 1!

FWIW I toyed with the idea of voting Ashdon and protecting myself on Day 2, but on balance I thought against it. Had I gone through with that, it would have been a very different game.

Fair play to Cthulhu - made a lot of noise...but through either luck or judgment, he had correctly accused 2/3 of Team Evil at varying stages!

I kept moog alive as I thought he would have lynched Burnsy ahead of me, which until it turned out that Burnsy was the Seer, appeared to be the case.

He actually got us all on Day Three - though his logic for naming me seemed a bit off:

His post here also made me pretty sure about Ashdon being the Alpha, but I still had an outside suspicion of you. That you work in pop music also left a question mark in my mind.

As Dom will attribute, I was very wary of outing myself too early or too late...thankfully I just about timed it right.

I was also toying with the idea of not outing myself, taking the lynching and hoping the wolves went for the same kill if they hadn't identified one another. I just figured that it was very likely that you knew who one another were by that point so couldn't take that risk!

In fact, if Burnsy had gone for Ashdon instead of you, and you'd joined the pile on, you might have been able to still swing a win.

Was just about to ask this. I saw an inconsistency with your message on Day 1 and as soon as I pressed "post reply", I realised I shot myself. At least I know it was still a bit of luck that you got me the Seer as opposed to me the villager

It was purely the fact that I knew you were good and you had previously said you were 99% certain Ashdon was a wolf. At that point, I figured we both had Ashdon set aside as Wolf 1 so was largely pointless leading a charge against him. Framing it as a straight choice between LR and CB made me certain you'd join me in voting for LR if you believed me....

Lowerrous picked that one with me, but then it later seemed obvious to me that perhaps he was onto me and that was for more for show than anything as he backed off nearly as quickly as he came at me.

As for Stormzy, I was going to use the first line from January 2020's Top 40 as a messaging pattern that I could eventually point to if I ever needed to frame somebody else, but that went out the window pretty quickly.

On day 2 I had no choice but to try and mimic Nisman with the Baa, Baa, Blacksheep message - evidently didn't fool too many!

Cassetti's Beard was so quiet throughout despite being named however many times that again, like moog, I was happy to leave him in. Ultimately to our detriment.

Not exactly from my end - I was pretty sure Ashdon was the wolf but it was mostly just an act pretending to be team good for a while.
