Someone called 'Phil McCourtnay' I hear. Got a couple of decent tunes under his belt apparently.

 

Foals looked good

 

The Monkeypox. Catchy stuff.

 

Foals and Idles smashed it again. Wolf Alice too. Billie Eilish wasn't great for the music but the visuals and the message were pretty impressive

 

But if a weird McCartney set but much much better in the second half.

Not sure why artists at big festivals don’t just play the songs that everyone wants to sing along to.

 

An amazing performance really, most people his age would have difficulty standing for the length of his set, let alone non stop singing, the oldest headlining performer at Glastonbury well done Sir Paul!

Yeah I meant the music was a bit bland for my tastes. Couple of moments of pre taped vocals going wrong too which I always hate with modern music.

Nah. He already had a big push by Kanye and tbh I don't think he's done anything since.

 

Fabulous version of ‘It’s a sin’ from Years and Years. Not sure about the wisdom of doing a better version of a headliner’s song, but bravo, terrific.
