    From my perspective Sierralta hasn't been given a real chance this season by the various managers, so I have no idea if he is a PL level defender. He's been injured at times but he certainly hasn't been prioritised as a first choice when fit by any of the various managers. Perhaps he hasn't been performing well in training.

    Is he allowed to do his own thing. Giraldi in his interviews hinted he did not have a free rein. So what is the point ?

    The club needs a restructure in recruitment, the academy and a young ambitious manager. Gino needs to be more hands off as when he has been hands on it's been pretty poor. I hope he has learnt his lessons but I doubt it.
