    Exactly my thoughts, we've seen more than enough of Weimann here now. We need a goal scorer, not another hard working striker with no end product.

    Jordan Mutch will sign for Watford on loan from Birmingham for the remainder of the season as he makes his way back from a broken ankle

    I can see this one happening.

    I thought he was a great player, even in his last season he was still decent. I remember watching him play against Newcastle at home (2-1 to the Geordies [Carroll and Collocini, Will Hoskins for us]) and he had Guittierez in his back pocket.

    Watford are still in need of a winger and they could turn their attention to Bournemouth winger Marc Pugh. Watford may put in a bid for £350k for the Englishman

    Marc Pugh will join Watford next week with Michael Bryan going the other way to Bournemouth on a free transfer.

    Busy last week of the transfer window for Watford.

    Gilmartin, Bryan and Mirfin will all be leaving. Mariappa and Sordell could also leave.

    Enda Stevens, Marcello Trotta and Tommy Smith will join on loan. If Mariappa and Sordell leave, Watford have permanent replacements lined up for them already.

    Bolton manager Owen Coyle has launched a 4 million pound bid for Watford's promising young striker Marvin Sordell.

    Watford Rumours:

    -The hopes of Tommy Smith returning could be over as the winger boosted his chance of a return in the QPR team as he is playing really well and scored a great goal.-Watford could put a bid in for highly rated Bournemouth winger Marc Pugh as the hornets are struggling on the wing since the departure of Michael Kightly back to Wolves after a very succesful loan spell.-Watford are interested in Shrewsbury striker James Collins. Watford want a prolific goalscorer to partner Marvin Sordell and Collins has scored 14 goals in 48 appearences for Shrewsbury and the hornets are tempted to put in a bid for the striker.-Hornet starlet Marvin Sordell says he will not be leaving Watford as he just wants to focus on scoring and playing. Sources suggest he would leave but Sordell stated he just wants to focus on the hornets.

    Like the sound of Marc Pugh, but cannot find much info on Joe Thompson, anyone have any? I have already said that Marcello Trotta sounds great, as for Enda Stevens, he sounds quite good, but I don't think we need a left back, unless he also plays left mid>

    The reason that Watt left Sheff W for is the only thing that concerns me! Apparently Gary Megson (Wednesdays manager) said that Watt is not up to physical demands of Div 1 football, so how would he fare in the Championship?

    My friend a Celtic fan mentioned this I am not so sure its true though cant find anything anywhere I am aware that Blakpool want him on loan though and he is not playing to much at Celtic.
