At least it's a small chink of light at the end of the tunnel. If he can go on a productive run between now and April he might be able to offer something to us on his return. I can't see it happening but you never know.
I didn't realise McGugan had another year on his deal. I thought this nightmare was nearly over and he'd slip away without anyone noticing.
I don't get what about McGugan is a nightmare? He chipped in with his fair share last season. It's not worked out for him here and he'll probably earn us a six figure sum in the summer either in a transfer fee or loan fee. I don't want him back but I don't see him the number one problem.
Wove always hoped that the next phase of the Pozzo model would be to sell some players and give us some cash to spend domestically, on promising young players who can potentially make the step up. We're very asset rich as a club, but some of those assets need to be sold so we can start to trade on our own strength. If that starts to happen, even Meldrew might crack a smile.
WhoScored.com @WhoScored 18m18 minutes ago Diego Fabbrini: Was fouled more times vs Boro (9) than any other player has been in a Championship match this season #Millwall
His falling-over skills are second to none. Of course he would have run riot against Fulham, skipping over their late tackles, battling for possession...
Yes - Millwall look really stuffed. I think it's more likely we see Wigan string together a good run and make a fist of staying up than seeing it from the Lions.
Not seen it but clearly a dive. We already have one cheating scumbag at our club, I don't want this one back.
Some Millwall fans getting frustrated with Fabbrini, some saying he was their only positive. Got through 3 players to win the penalty but was seemingly pretty soft. Millwall need a John Eustace right now, not a Diego Fabbrini. They're doomed.
Nope again. Harris quoted as saying it was a 'tricky decision' to leave him out. Again according to Twitter* (*WT's format of choice for Fabbrini related info )
Lol at Neil Harris. First game, ship out the flair and get the cloggers in. That's the real Millwall we all know and despise.
