It's the gift that keeps on giving. Just keep repeating "I don't know what to say? I don't know what to say?".

More views of the goals from another part of the stadium. Once again the angst, the whining. Utterly hilarious.

That kid is quite vociferous. Is the vlogger related to Wayne Rooney ? Questions questions. It's almost theatrical to see the procession of Toffees wandering past in the background fleeing the disaster zone growing in number as the goals fly in ..... :D

The sense of entitlement is staggering as well. Oh well tinpot Watford eh ? What is also disturbing is the inability to count to five. :p

I was hoping that he would be commenting on the 5th goal on the bus going home. Funny how some fans in the background are leaving about 30 seconds before the 4th goal.

Tremendous, yet again. Loved the fact that there were tears appearing as the 4th one went in. But the finish was the best bit.

"I didn't want to rip into players, that's not me, not on this channel... best players for me were Pickford and Richarlison, top 2...after that Andros Townsend, Demarai Gray and Anthony Gordon...and for the rest of them they can just f*** off."

Well done mate you did oh so well keeping your emotions in check there. You'll need to exercise that same objective and analytical approach when you get chosen to audition for Match of the Day's Top 10 Toffee Special programme. Best of luck!

Poor lad. Stuck in his room on his own. Everton's collapse mirroring his own descent into madness. Kieran Rants is his name, and he rants and he rants and rants .........

Sorry but I don’t really understand the effort you are going to to find opposing fans blogs, etc to post and mock on here. When we win a match, I always have a nosey on the opposition forum to see what they’re saying and, yes, of course I enjoy it but I don’t really get dredging up blog after blog 2 days later, to laugh at other fans feeling miserable. For a start, I’d rather see stuff from the Watford fans’ point of view, and see how amazing it must have been to be there. But also, have you forgotten how we all felt the week before? I imagine you would probably be saying how awful Liverpool fans were if they just plastered their forum with blogs of us feeling miserable rather than enjoying their own victory. Also, yes, some of the “how the hell did we lose to Watford” stuff is a bit grating, but not really that surprising. We’ve just come up from the Championship, we’ve recently sacked our manager and the previous week had completely rolled over to Liverpool - it’s not really surprising the Everton fans assumed they’d get a result against us; most of us did too. Plus, I don’t actually mind Everton fans - at least they are genuine fans of the more “unfashionable” Merseyside team - I find the glory hunters of Man U, Man City, Chelsea and Arsenal (I know that there’s little glory now in supporting the latter but lots of so-called Arsenal fans should really support Watford so they’re annoying) way more irritating. Lastly, you just know this is going to come back to bite us when we capitulate to Southampton at the weekend. This is Watford, after all.

I agree with much of this, if I had the time and inclination I would go back to the post-match threads after we lost 4-1 at home to Huddersfield. I suspect there was plenty of “how did we lose to that lot” that day too.

Theres something enjoyable about the opposition turning up for a party v watford and seeing the reaction from their point of view when we spoil the party.

Then you get the alternative view of the goal and the watford fans celebrations. Which is interesting sometimes.

I dont understand AT ALL, the selfie video of someone watching a game.. There's one or two watford fans that do it and it makes me feel a bit sick in my mouth. The only purpose it serves is for people (opposition fans) to laugh at you.

And the watch me watching the game "watch-a-long" is incredible stuff to think is any value to anyone.

I will never, ever, ever understand the compulsion some people have to film themselves reacting to football. I find it deeply disturbing.

That is really funny to be fair, I can’t imagine it’s someone that really gave a **** about the game seeing as they didn’t throw their phone on the floor and stamp on it.

Or slam their laptop lid closed and storm out of their flat without their keys like I did.

May be. But we’re enjoying it whilst it lasts.

I would prefer the Watford perspective on it, but there aren’t that many sources, and a few of the Everton blogs have had different views on the goals.

And if I can’t have people saying how brilliant we are, I am happy to watch someone say how crap we are, as they lament the fact that we just thrashed them in real time.

Just enjoying the moment, and milking all the salty goodness out of it. I’ll worry about the Southampton game when it happens.

Surely these people are hoping it gets shared? Else why post it?

I get your point but I don’t really see the problem. If it was covert camera footage or something of similar nature showing the opposition fans misery then I’d get it - but these people have actively filmed themselves and their happiness/misery for seasons now and published it for all to see. That’s the whole purpose of it. They want it to be shared and seen.

And surely it would only come back to haunt us if we all video ourselves at the game at the weekend mocking Southampton, only to lose - and then post the video on YouTube? If we don’t do that, I don’t see how us mocking Everton fans doing exactly that comes back to haunt us.

And I’d also much rather mock an Everton fan after recent years than a Man Utd fan to be honest. We don’t really have a recent history with United or any of the big sides so much. As big as they are, they’ve generally been far more respectful to us as a fanbase than Everton have.

    Hi all!
If I may, I would like to participate in your forum.
I was really shocked by the game that happened against Everton. Watford were the sensation of the week, beating a far from weakest Premier League team by that score. Bravo!

I suspect you are too kindly a person to do this. There is a fair number of football fans who are heavily into schadenfreude and, let's face it, quite a few Everton supporters did their best to be obnoxious during the Silva affair and so might be considered fair game.
It's so easy to sit here and watch all this, but, no, like you I really wouldn't go out of my way to search out all this stuff.
I'm with Filbert and in fact find anybody vaguely filming a match while jumping up and down and screaming pretty peculiar. Why not watch the game?

Totally agree. And that is why the justifiable criticism of the recruitment shouldn't translate into criticising the players we do have when we have no option but to play them.

There is no doubt in my mind that Cathcart gives everything when he plays. It's not his fault that the pace of the modern game and his age means that it's not always enough.

He deserves a lot of respect imho.

Fair play to the guy at least he gave us credit.

However what I found amazing was that he could not even see who the scorers were at first for either side, but he could tell that his team should of had two penalties and many other decisions that did not go their way, strange that isn't it :D

  26. We all let off steam at football and at times say things we wouldn’t when we are calm

Its as embarrassing videoing yourself doing it, as it is dredging up comments on a forum

Problem is, it will never go away. Due to the advent of Social Media, Vlogging and Youtube, fans' who enjoy this side of the sport now have platforms to partake in it. I'm not against it, as it's nice to hear what other fans have to say in respect to their and our sides performance. You are always going to get the idiots who take it too far, insult other fans etc. Not everyone can get to live games, so in another sense it gives those people a semi-experience of how it went rather than reading a huge text block on the club's official site.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. It seems the people who do this are either exceptionally good-looking or just like seeing themselves on film, have no inhibitions whatsoever or both. I never film myself at all and have always hated even getting my photo taken, let alone appearing in a video.

Oh, one other footnote on this game. Poor show from those Hornets who sang 'howshit must you be' when our boys were turning it on at the end.

Never liked that song. Anti-support. Implying our team are terrible and insulting the players.

Something like asking Richie what the score was or asking Everton where yer Marco Silva had gone would have been much better.

When we get a result like that and in that manner, (once every 3 years I'd guess), then I'm watching everything I can get my grubby little hands until the next game, so thank you for posting them all. They are fantastic.

Any other week in those 3 years then they become as stupid and insignificant as they were before.

I went to the Manure win under Pearson and towards the end sections of the Vic were singing "How S*** must you be, we're winning at home!" I get it, we hadn't won at home all season. I never joined in but they got us back in the reverse
fixture. However Old Trafford is like a library at times. It's so quiet. I did join in the "**** your Invinciables" when we beat Liverpool 3-0 though, but that was a magic evening.

A word to the referee. Usually Graham Scott is a bit against Watford in his handling, but on Saturday he was actually fair.
I don't have a problem with it. It's like gallows humour. There are times when the team just do not deserve to be supported, they deserve to be ridiculed. It's human nature to maybe start laughing at the time in order to inspire them. No one wants to be embarrassed and it's probably the biggest insult to a professional player when they hear their own fans laughing at them.

It's a last-ditch tool in a supporters' box and is designed to motivate. When players hear chants like that from their own fans, they know they have to up their game.

Truth is that if that result happened last year, I'd have been chuffed on the day but then it would quickly go out of my mind.

I said after the Villa game about how a win the Prem seems to matter so much more than in the Championship.

For all its faults, winning a game in this league is such a great feeling. Probably because we're all so aware of how farkin' difficult it is to get a win, especially away
