He's a class act, and has that wonderful clinical approach that Iggy had in and around the box.

Easily on for 10 goals I'd say

It'll be so good for Sarr to finally have a bit of competition. I imagine he was a bit miffed at being subbed but can't argue about the result and impact of his replacement.

We have run him into the ground for two years. Can't remember the last time he was subbed.

Dennis has been a bit of an unexpected surprise with his quality. Obviously he came with a reputation for being a bit of a troublemaker, who’d shown flashes of quality, but he’s been pretty consistently good for us.

Whether starting or coming on as a sub, he’s shown plenty of willingness to get involved in the dirty stuff like tracking back, pressing, and I like that he’s got an edge to him. I’ve no doubt at some point he’ll cost us with a petulant red card, but he’s shown loads of talent. If we go down and hold onto him, I think he’ll absolutely wreck the Championship.

For a guy that apparently has a **** attitude he certainly works his balls off for the team.

You don't even get three matches for all reds, so it would be pretty hilarious to get them for accumulation of five yellows :D

Many issues with Pozzo's punt strategy but looks like this could be a success story. If he scores 7-10 goals this season how much would he be worth? He'd be a proven PL goalscorer, with pace, and still just 24. £10m-£20m?

Think it helps we've had 2 friendly head coaches this season. Seems like the type to respond to an arm round the shoulder

Will he get more bookings or goals ?!

Certainly shows he isn’t afraid to get stuck in .

Yep, can't wait to sell him and make a profit.

If we go down he will 100% be gone, I'm afraid. He looks a near certainty to get 6-8 goals and possibly a similar amount of assists, and if you add that to the fact he's 23, very pacey and technically decent, there's no way we'll keep hold of him for a Championship season.

Fingers crossed we stay up, because I've really been enjoying watching him play for us.

Dennis has been well known to have an attitude issue. When he's focussed he's a great talent but when he wants a move he will actively create a stink. He's not soemone you hold onto when a bid comes in and wants to leave.

Problem is if we stay up it will probably be due to his goals so a bigger club will snap him up, so either way he's only here for a season (if that, my bet is he'll bugger off in January).

He's alright, looked brilliant against Villa didn't give their centre backs a moment rest, yet to hit those heights again. Great FPL asset though.

I don’t see why a high turnover of players is a problem. If they are coveted by other bigger or simply richer teams, it’s because they have done a good job for us. The problem is we rarely get rid of the poor ones quick enough.

Get a good season or two and sell for a profit must be the way to keep going in this league. We have seen it’s better to let them go, rather than keep them to their contracts.

If Dennis gets near to 30 goals in 82 games we can seek him for more than Ighalo. Very happy that Dennis is with us after the disasters of Success, Sinclair and Penaranda.

Interesting to compare with those 3. They were 3 raw young players we invested in, Dennis has played and scored in champions league football. Not criticising your post just pointing out the difference in approach this year. We've only signed one young player as an investment punt this summer (Louza). Dennis, King, Fletcher are ready, compare Fletcher as 4th choice back up to Dalby who was there not long ago. Fletcher isn't a top premier league player but if we have a raft of injuries or suspensions he isnt a young player trying to find his feet. Even Cucho has 3 years experience in Spain now.

I think you have to put it into context of system and set up. I don't care which player you are, if you're isolated up front with no support or service then you're going to look sub-par. Under Xisco the yawning chasm between midfield and forwards means you're chasing lost causes, very few touches and if you turn your man there's no one to pass to.

The difference on Saturday was the midfield moved up to provide support, that's huge. I have to give special mention to JP because he was the link between midfield and forwards we've desperately needed. He played that number 10 role beautifully, finding pockets of space and orchestrating. But he can ony be effective with willing runners beyond him and Dennis, King and Cucho give you that, if the forward ball isn't on then you had Kucka and Sissoko backing up as other options.

Personally, the link up and movement between the midfield and front players was a joy to behold, it was liquid football and JP has the potential to be the best number 10 in the league.

Off a 20 minute cameo in which Everton also just completely folded? Our fans do have a tendency to overreact.

As long as our defence remains as bad as it is, I can't see us repeating that often.

I love Joao Pedro but I don't see him ever being the best in any position in this league.

Why did Everton collapse? We started bossing the midfield and they couldn't cope with the movement, it wasn't a conscious decision for the Everton players to fold.

Our defence hasn't been coached or drilled properly yet, I expect it to improve.

JP is 20...he's 7/8 years from being in his prime, I haven't written him off yet.

There is a big difference between writing him off and saying he’ll be the best number 10 in the league. Nobody is writing him off but it’s debatable he’ll even be the best number 10 at the club. Calm down a bit maybe. Everton collapsed because they were chasing the game, how many times do you think we’ll be in that position again if we’ve already let 2 goals in? And let’s also not forget Everton we’re without their three best players.

Was a mixture of things, they got lazy after Richarlison equalised, then Kucka's equaliser stunned them. They desperately tried to switch back on as a draw against little old Watford is too embarrassing, by then the game was done.

Pedro is fantastic but he's a way off Phil Foden, Kai Havertz, Smith Rowe & co at the moment.

One of the media outlets will eventually notice his stats and how they compare to Salah etc, they’ll make a thing about it then it will get parroted around by the rest of them and every commentator and pundit.
