Looks like it’s happening…
Cleverley first in the queue for tickets...
Not Ben for his YouTube mates?
This is great news. I had a sneaky feeling he'd do a concert at The Vic.....it'll probably be his last ever show, so the tickets will be like gold dust I suspect. Hopefully ST holders will get first dibs.
I think ticket priority should be strictly in order of post count on Watford fan forums.
84,000 posts = 84,000 tickets
His last ever show until his next "My last farewell tour, no, I definitely mean it this time, I promise" tour starting in 2023.
Last ever show at the Vic for sure but his tour has dates into 2023.
Given he sells out arenas twice the size of the Vic and plays multiple dates at them, I’d be quite surprised if there wasn’t an extra show or maybe even 2 added - given the initial date will sell out very quickly.
If every season ticket holder is given the chance to buy 2 tickets, that would already be likely to oversubscribe just one show!
This is excellent.
I've joined the queue at the Red Lion.
I doubt he’ll play in there.
Remember to get there early to join the 1/2 mile queues of fans trying to get their tickets to work and gain access to the stadium, while Elton belts out "Crocodile rock" to an empty stadium.
Elton will open with his new song inspired by the club “Those Habits of Yesteryear”.
I believe the proceeds are being used to fund a new 5 year deal for Cathcart.
Already have my tickets booked...
For when he appears at Carrow Road
I’m just trying to picture the scenes of people trying to get into this with their mobile phones and their NFC.
I'm Still Queuing
He's chuffing everywhere
Sorry, wrong, I hear it's to "#bringdeeneyhome"
Great news.. just a shame it couldn't be his last as that would obviously be fitting. Last one scheduled to be in Stockholm July 2023. Actually next year will see the 45th anniversary since his first concert.. plus of course it's the Vic 100 anniversary.
Last concert:- Goodbye Yellow Vic Road!
Maybe the Northwood Hills Hotel.
Season ticket holders should be at the BACK of the queue. We want some atmosphere generated.
Will the 1881 be supporting on drums?
Let's hope they don't do any organisation of this, they're pretty good at not keeping private data private!
Singing like a canary.
Ah, the halcyon days of Pub Rock....Little did she know that I knew that she knew that we were ships (that pass) in the night, which was a stupidity.
Are you sure you wern't speaking to an old flame on the telephone? Crock a dial rock!
Would be great if Elton added some dates to the end and played his last ever live gig at the Vic.
I believe details will be released tomorrow morning.
Is Lulu doing the warm up?
God I hope we stay up ahead of this. I think we've all earned a party after the last few years.
