Is Lenny Pidgeley still there? While we're at it, we may as well borrow a few of their 354 outfield players too!
Well he should be back before the season ends which is a good thing. He's also in the best possible care of Watford FC Medical Team remember.
I had a feeling that was the case but I couldn’t remember. What a great goalkeeper and character he was.
Agreed…I suffered a complete Achilles rupture playing Sunday morning and drove 100 miles each way to work the next day before I could get in to see the doctor. I thought DB had to have suffered a multiple compound fracture at least…
I dont know if you come on here Dan, but if you do have a read of this https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cp3z0wx3x54o .
Shame they can't come up with stats to show the drop in entertainment levels over that time caused by watching average goalkeepers and defenders trying to move the ball around at the pace of a snail to try and find a gap that never comezzzzzzz...
Is Bond good with his feet ? Guess we will see but another one who was probably brought up in actually being a keeper not a fancy ball player .
Gutted about the injury, I really enjoy watched Bachmann and the defence pass it around for a few minutes to then either hoof it into the stands or pass it the opposition midfield. Hopefully Bond is even worse with his feet. 'ORNETS!
Don't think there's a big difference between them. Bond generally went long at LA Galaxy, though to an extent think was instructions and was average in the league for his accuracy. His sweeping is notably better though if we play a higher line than Bachmann can do and generally takes a higher starting position in situations which will help with dealing with crosses more.
