As Wrexham are in it, we start off in 22nd instead of 23rd like last year. Shame Wycombe didn't win the play offs as that would have meant we started next season outside the relegation spots.

Wrexham are going to be Sky tvs awful fairytale story love-in for the season.

Guaranteed first game of the season on a Friday night, probably against Leicester, and will be on TV pretty much every week.

They'll probably be given a lot of the late tv slots to help all the yanks watch their beloved team.

 

I don't mind Wrexham's story so much, they were merely existing in non league for 15 years so it's about time something exciting happened for them.

 

You just know Wrexham away will be an 8pm k.o. on a Saturday night in December for the reasons you have outlined !.

 

I don't mind the story as such. I just don't need it shoved in my face at literally every given opportunity by tv companies.

I stopped watching the TV show when they got in the football league. Up until then it was a very interesting show. Like Sunderland til I die, but with less despair.

It became akin to watching a behind the scenes documentary about the man city Abu dhabi fairytale.

Wasn't there another bbc documentary about the documentary?

 

His boyhood team but Nathan Jones has been gone too long to drop a division surely.

 

Depends on the money. Also, another promotion with Cardiff would look better on CV than a struggle with Charlton. He's still young.

 

I guess he may be thinking someday we'll be together. You can't hurry love.

 

Can't see him leaving Charlton after getting them promoted but guess that depends on his family / personal circumstances as he is from South Wales.
