I mean Plymouth's away form makes us look like Liverpool!

It will send them down and keep QPR/Luton up.

Did we play quite well or were we rotten but made to look better by QPR's utter hopelessness? I can't decide. QPR had the sort of cack-handed, bungling forwards that we usually get torn apart by and they managed to stumble their way to a couple of great chances late on, so in the end I was quite pleased with a point.

That makes me feel a bit better. A 4-2 smashing at Norwich leaves Luton looking over their shoulders. Maybe if today's point gained by QPR can help in their relegation then fair play.

More a case of they had a bunch of Bayo's up top and we had the one. They should of scored at least two goals, but again we should of scored when Sissoko smashed the ball at Bayo when he would of had a tap in. Louza also had a wonderful FK saved and QPR missed a few sitters. All in all a fair result if you take the wasteful chances into consideration, neither they or us really deserved to win. But still a point is better than nothing at all.

Go on Norwich!! You've got super Robbie Edwards he knows exactly what we need s*** at the back crap in attack taking Luton back to the lower leagues!!

Plymouth conceded 10 in their last two games.

Poor start for Frank Lampard's Coventry they would have expected to beat Cardiff City at home with a new manager in the door.

And still in the top 6!!

I've just been looking at the visual table here https://www.soccerstats.com/formtable.asp?league=england2
and have redrawn it as shown below.

I notice how much more bunched up it is than last season: - no single runaway leader and no one hopelessly cut adrift with less than 20% of the points of the top club.

We need to sack and replace TC immediately to neutralise this disadvantage.

Saw the second half of the Burnley game.

Boro actually caused their defence some problems which is unusual I guess.

I mean letting a goal in is pretty rare for them!

Stoke fake already wanting their current manager out.

    Northern version of us !?

QPR found their shooting boots and Pompey winning too at the bottom.

    So are Luton though.

I managed to watch the last 20 minutes or so of the Shatters vs Swansea game and Luton were hanging on a bit for the point, they actually looked awful. There was very loud boos after the game as well, they are not happy at all surely Edwards can't carry on for much longer.

Lastly, for a team that were in the premier league last season Luton's pith is embarrassing, it genuinely looks like a park pitch.

Always struck me as 'one of the good guys'. Did a fantastic job keeping them up at the end of last season. Let's hope it's nothing to do with his old health issues.

He seems like a very likable chap and whatever the reason is behind it I wish him well. He's one of those rare "one club" sort of people who stick with it through all the crap and the good times. Matt Le Tissier for Southampton was one, probably Luther or Tony Coton for us - a player who has become beloved in the history of the club.

Obviously had something — an infection maybe.

Blackburn on a very good run of form .

Harris has done a fantastic job at Milwall since he come in. Some of their fans were getting on his back recently despite them being one of the most in form teams in the league, completely moronic. I get the impression the owners have delusion of grandeur. They will likely go for another young manager that wants to play cool football like they did last time with Joe Edwards and then it won't work out as they don't have the players or budget.

Pompey 3-0 down to Derby by HT.

Probably won’t need to worry about that next away game !

Cardiff didn't seem to have much of a new manager bounce during the week. Like us they also didn't seem to gain much benefit in energy levels from the extra days' rest. Maybe it wouldn't have been the worst time to have played them after all.

They started off well under Riza when he was given the role temporarily but really gone back to being poor as you say .
