I’m assuming I’ll be in the minority, but I’m glad it Troost has been dropped over Cathcart, he’s been poor in almost every game and was the reason we conceded last week due to his slow reactions. I’m not saying Cathcart has been good by any stretch, by the way, and I’m definitely not an advocate for him playing every week.
Surely you have to seriously question your defensive recruitment when you’re dropping a free agent nobody else wanted into the starting 11 after only 10 games.
Yeah seeing Carthcarthorse's name is a blow as ever, but then again no more than it would be seeing WTE, and I imagine that Papa Clauds has assessed the risk for a carthorse to be lower than the risks of allowing WTE to strike a deal with the Arsenal attackers to pass the ball directly into our own goal for them a certain amount of times to cut out the middleman. It might also suggest that we're going for a low block defensively? Still wondering where Sierralta is.

Carthorse is definitely more of a liability than WTE; I'm stunned Ranieri has stuck with him. It throws his judgement in to real question. Arsenal have a lot of pace in the side, Carthorse has none. It's truly baffling. Meanwhile our best defender last season remains on the bench.
What a fortunate 45 minutes. We've limited Arsenal well outside of that brain dead penalty save and that chance saved from the corner, but ultimately that still papers over what has been a fortunate display. That said, this referee is biased as hell. Sub off Sarr for Cucho or Pedro.
