Other wolf has to quickly vote for Cancun or it's all over, I think
A clue; the German isn't for Germany, it's for another country that speaks German.
can you save us a bit of time and repost the language order?
Also, was Berlin a random view?
Next one would be Norway.
Berlin was not a random view, they dropped a clanger on day one with the saying the first message was the seers message when I hadn't even posted yet. Seemed too suspect.
When I sent my instructions to the wolves on Friday I still wasn't 100% sure whether the seer was Athens or Tokyo so I left the decision to the Alpha. At least they didn't both go for the same player.
Also I would have viewed Fes today or Tokyo.
I've never been the seer, that role comes with great responsibility particularly when you have various other people, good and evil, saying "The seer should have viewed x, y or z".
I've also never been a wolf.
I've been a mason a few times, I was traitor once and now harlot traitor.
Once Cancun is lynched, the overnight kill will probably be Denver. So it will be for the two remaining good to root out the last wolf.
It'll definitely be denver. The remaining wolf's plan will be to exploit the Fes vs Tokyo argument.
I don't get why Fes didn't try and clear up his allegiance.
If I were on team good, I would be annoyed that Denver didn't open Day 5 with this information.
Definitely, there was no obvious reason to hold on to such a vital bit of information especially as the code had not been cracked.
However, after Day 4 when you stuck your head out to vote for me, I am very surprised that one of the wolves didn't go for you. I'm annoyed that they couldn't signal each other having messed up the previous night.
Did they know you were evil?
Really annoyed I let Cancun off the hook. Wrote this after the Berlin mistake and then called Cancun out directly the next day for trying to signal to the other wolf about attacking me that evening.
I find Moscow and Cancun most suspicious. I don't know how you could read the thread yesterday and not see or comment on the massive error. The Alpha completely blew it yesterday, it was the most obvious mistake I've ever seen
No, they were in the dark about me but there were more obvious targets. A wolf had already offed the traitor, but I think that the traitor didn't do themselves any favours. The traitor knew that I was evil.
I love the fact that a spelling error (or maybe auto-correct) led to Moscow's lynching. I think I had almost made the same error at some point.
From Day 3 I wanted to look a bit more overt in helping team good. I was hoping to attract the attention of a wolf so they would find out my identity, all I achieved was attracting the guardian's attention.
So a spoiler for the current game
I have made Tokyo the back up seer, as they are the only villager left in the game.
However they are out for most of the day, so it'll be interesting to see if they post a message or not.
Must say that the last remaining wolf has played an absolutely blinding game.
Still trying to work out how this is going to go... Feels like Team Good should close it out but not 100% sure they will.
I think it's evils to lose.
Had I not sent my message on Day 5 I wonder whether they would have both gone for the same player over the weekend
The alpha wanted to go for Denver, but felt they needed to take out the seer. They thought that the beta might ignore the HT and take out Denver.
I actually think that the alpha would have done better to take out the SW on Friday. A message today would be far less incriminating than Denver's guaranteed evil.
especially as the seer was quite suspicious of Fes.
Then Athens would have been an easy kill tonight.
The one inactive player so far today probably holds the game in their hands...
It's all in the hands of the backup seer. Denver will obviously get killed tonight.
The backup seer both needs to realise that the other good player is good, plus let the other good player know who they are so that they kill the remaining evil. That's quite tough.
The cleanest way of doing this is to have a code in the message today, which can be replicated in the message tomorrow. As only the backup seer will post today and tomorrow, that's the only way of ensuring that the other player knows which message is from whom. And they have to do this without the sharp beta realising the code, and copying it themselves.
It can't be helped, but it would be much more fun if the inactive player was online.
With so few players remaining I wouldn't have added a back up seer, had Athens been taken out earlier I would have.
Did either of the wolves guess I was the HT? By Day 4 they should have at least shortlisted me as the potential HT.
Could actually be a good move to do a Seer's viewing today but not post a message, survive through the night and then post tomorrow and take the wolf off guard.
Is this a massive bluff by Tokyo? Haha, very funny to watch when you don't know what they're thinking.
I decided that if I had a backup evil, I'd have a backup good and vice-versa, irrespective of when each were killed. I gave quite a bit of thought to balancing up the roles to start, and didn't want to give a team an advantage based on bad play/ not doing as well.
I actually don't think it matters too much. It's still the new seer's word against the new alpha. It will just create more fireworks on the final day.
The backup seer has viewed the remaining Good player. The task now is to do a message which is good enough that it convinces the remaining good player. It's going to be very tight.
Afternoon all. Lucky I was killed off as I completely forgot about this today!
Will have a read through of the cemetery in a bit as been really busy this morning.
In the bag for Good now surely? Without a back up Seer, I reckon Evil could've won but surely it's all done now? Unless Evil leaves Denver alive, takes out the Seer and convinces Denver to vote for the other good player?
What happens if on the final day, it's one vote each? A drawn werewolf?
I did think there were still 3 masons from the write up (well 2 after Santiago's offing) and I even mentioned that on one of my posts, however I couldn't understand why Fes was being so weird about the 2 messages naming me and Helsinki.
But all through the game I was wondering if Fes actually realised they were a mason and I even asked Mike on day 2 I think if Fes definitely knew his role!
I did leave a clue as to the other masons in my very first post in case I needed it later. The full moon ballsed that up nicely thanks Mike!
