When I heard Iwelumo was booed in his 2nd game I felt embarrassed and ashamed, felt like going round the ground and asking every 'booer' what the **** are you doing you stupid ****!? Clearly just clue less ******* that know NOTHING, but still give the fans like the class acts that went to Reading and sang all game a bad name, makes my blood boil.

 

Or he'll be rubbish and will have been replaced by the time Reading come to the Vic

 

You're right.

Fans should wait until at least the 4th or 5th game before they boo a player.

Reviving an old thread, but he's said he's open to offers. Proven goalscorer in this league and the Premier League - I think it's massively unlikely but I'd be thrilled to see him come in, given we've seen he can perform at a higher level than when we supposedly first wanted him.

Le Fondre is a local lad, there could be some truth in this

 

I would love to see Adam Le Fondre play for Watford, however you are forgetting several things.

1. He doesn't play for Udinese or Granada.
2. He's English.
3. He's not a free agent, so we would probably have to spend some money to sign him. Remember Watford do not do transfer fees.

 

He's also good friends with Rui Sampaio, with whom we've been extensively linked

 

I'm told this Sampaio deal is much closer than most people think. Expect a player to go the other way as well, possibly Hall.
