Christ on a bike, hideous. I saw this on YT - "Fozcast": https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXl1paOouBzosrjPxZh2nyA is this different / the same as CyclingGK? This idiot has got more channels than Sky.
Changing the subject, I thought this YouTuber and his weird dad were Bolton fans. I assume because their club is ****, they have to go around other teams. I look forward to our lame versions trying the same as we slip down the leagues.
Sweet Jesus. How many other PL footballers are doing this on a Thursday night, less than 48 hours before a game?
I didn’t even bother watching it until you said this, just saw who the original poster was. So Ben Foster setup a CyclingGK area at some shopping centre ahead of the West Ham’s Europa League game, completely devoid of cycling, apparently in conjunction with Spotify - less than 2 days before yet another ‘do or die’ PL game, where he’s diving around trying to save penalties from z-list YouTubers and members of the public. That’s right isn’t it? Remember when Troy Deeney paid for a kids playground to be built and got accused of not being focused because of it? I do.
I hear Nick Pope was doing the same thing before Leicester's game last night. Totally normal, nothing to see here.
I stopped watching up this blokes nose a long time ago so don't know why this popped up today. Saw the attention grabbing "Frankfurt Fans Get Kicked Out" and fell for it. Like you, looking forward to our own version of "Wycombe fans kick off by the tea hut"
He really has the mental age of a two year old. Desperately seeking attention in creating his after career. While he is supposed to be a full time professional. This sort of thing as with party animal Andre Gray rubs off onto younger players. It creates the wrong atmosphere. If you want to relax and enjoy yourself do it during the summer or in private. If you were a Lloris or Martinez or Neuer or Mendy perhaps one might be a little more relaxed about it but can you see those players doing this. My favourite player of all time is Javier Zanetti. The professional's professional. Son of a bricklayer. Rejected by several clubs. Worked with hid dad while still going to trials. Finally accepted. Always trained double sessions. Built his strength and legendary stamina in and out of season as he was told he was too weak and slight. Always watched his diet year round. Still helped his dad in the off season. Went around clubs talking to experienced fullbacks learning what he could and watching. Became the consummate fullback and continued to train hard right to the day he retired while doing all sorts of things for charities particularly children's when he had the time. Never a bad word for anyone and hardly ever booked. Then you have clowns like Foster who think it's all a bit of a joke. There is clearly some malaise in the culture of the dressing room and it is typified by this incredibly thick pillock.
The young lad is known as Thogdan I think, he does small football related social media with his dad which is alright as he is a passionate football fan, nothing wrong with that. I agree with all the above posts, Foster is a man child who cannot understand (or doesn't give two effs) about our predicament. His job is social media, his hobby is being a professional (sic) goalkeeper for a (as of the time of writing) Premier League club. Smiling and laughing is fine, do that in your own time - not when you know Watford fans' are going to be up in arms about the state of the club and the current direction we are heading. I'm actually not surprised one bit that Gino and Dux allows him to do this, they give even less of a damn regarding this season. I don't think Bachmann is ready to be a PL keeper, but I would much rather have him as backup to Okoye to this grinning buffoon. I do appreciate what Foster has done for Watford in his time here, and he has got credit in the bank still, but he is losing a lot of respect with his continued childish behavior.
There less of them at games etc now so maybe someone has had a word or two in that regard. Only so many times people are interested in what highly paid "professionals" have to eat and how they travel in luxury.
The GK most relegated from the Premiership- a record five times now. Birmingham, WBA and now 3x with us. For a reason. Head’s gone.
I'm sick and tired of the stick Big Ben gets on here WTF does it matter what he does when he is not on the pitch playing for WFC? What matters is what he does between the sticks on match day and in the VAST MAJORITY of cases what he does he very good indeed. In fact I'd go as far to say that he has a very good case to be in the shortlist to be our Player of the Season yet again this year. I personally have not seen any of this crap people keep slagging him off about on here, therefore it seems to me that those of you who do read it do not have to do so. So why not just concentrate on what he does for our team on the pitch instead of his off field activities, as IMO he has been a fantastic servant for WFC and deserves to be praised for that and not ridiculed for his outside activities as long as whatever he does off the pitch is not illegal.
Ah yes, as long as that isn’t also already injuring himself 48 hours before a game having a “kick about” on a charity game this season and ruling him out for a number of games.
By what he's done on the pitch, you mean scuffing the ball to the opposition to give them an unexpected attack? Or kicking it out repeatedly for a throw in under no pressure? Or chipping it back to Kiko in the corner, under pressure, so he loses possession and the opposition win the ball back on the edge of the box? Or missing the ball completely on 2 consecutive corners, one of which should've been a goal but their player fluffed it? I suppose what you actually mean is the 2 decent saves yesterday, although one of them wouldn't have needed saving if he'd claimed the ball instead of having a pushing match with the attacker in front of him. And that's just yesterday's game. His kicking has resulted in numerous goals and chances this season, and whilst he's made some good saves he's also let in a fair few you'd expect a PL keeper to stop. He's not been appalling, but he's been far from fantastic and has clearly deteriorated from 3 years ago. Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk
It's not just his declining performances but his utter loser mentality that are the problem. He doesn't give a **** about losing or acting like a professional and is an appalling example of the senior pro in the dressing room. If you offered him us staying up or 100k extra followers for his YouTube channel, he'd take the latter every time.
Your case was that you're sick of the abuse he gets because of his off field antics, so I listed things to do with his on field antics. So how is what I said an example of what you're whinging about? What exactly do you think he does on the pitch that is so great? Genuinely, I'm interested.
He makes some routine saves that a Championship keeper would be expected to make and kicks the ball to the opposition a lot. As you can see he really is excellent.
"Our players and coaching staff have gone into the team hotel earlier than scheduled to take away all other distractions and ensure the sole focus hones in on delivering a performance that our supporters can be proud of this afternoon." Looking forward to the latest video.
I think the players stayed at the hotel on Thursday night, which means Foster would have gone to the West Ham game with the club's approval. Or he just does what he likes and went anyway. Either way it's farcical.
https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/foster-watford-team-mates-reaction-26840678 it’s alright, everyone loves Fozzys Youtube channel. We can all stop moaning now, what do we know?
Ben Foster has revealed that his Watford team-mates "buzz" off featuring on his Cycling GK YouTube channel after overcoming their initial scepticism. Probably just can't read the room
Not quite up there with Boris Becker levels of arrogance and stupidity but close. If we were mid table mediocrity few would think anything but he's a bit of a berk. Persisting when all is descending into calamitous chaos shows the mentality of a cheese scone.
More filming with the 'sidemen' and Hashtag United, this time at the training ground. Everyone at the club has just given up at this point haven't they?
Every day we stray further from God's light. Honestly, talk about rubbing it in. It's far, far too much. Well, well beyond the pale. He's way, way out of bounds. He's........ continue ad infinitum
