    The article says he’s an attacking midfielder?

    With time left on the deals of Gray, Deeney and Welbeck - and with Joao Pedro being touted for January and Cucho for next summer, I’d be very surprised if a striker is anywhere near the top of our targets.

    Never know with Giraldi though.

    My bad but then we have 2 wingers who have played up front in recent weeks - 3 if you include Sarr against Arsenal and a central midfield playing out wide.

    So maybe we'll play him in defence.

    Nice to see the board paying attention to my suggestion over the summer that we should sign him. He's pacey, has good instincts in front of goal and a great knack for being in the right place at the right time. Can play across the front three, but predominately from the left or up front in a partnership. And best of all he's nicknamed 'The Rocketman' so we can reuse that horrible banner they used to advertise the film last season.
