The key in this situation is not to log in, or even (may I be so bold) to not visit this website or have it as a favourite in your web browser.
I would also suggest not visiting the site as a suitable solution. There are many trolls and fannies about but it wouldn't make me run away.
You haven't been on many forums have you. Even with the turmoil of the last few days this is still a nice place to visit where opinions can be freely aired, (even the wrong ones).
Change your real name by deed poll That way your forum account will belong to someone you used to be not who you become
