Being linked with Luton today. Derby surely nervously looking over their shoulder in the race to be the worst Premier League club of all time.
Worrying if true. Will tear up that league. Further evidence that Davis was only signed under strict instruction from Edwards.
Oh please make this true . The player with an attitude that stinks almost as much as the town he would be signing for .
Rob, you might not have seen much of us since you left, but he's really developed his fitness, getting into the box and finishing
I saw this thread had seen some activity and was so, so worried for a moment thinking we'd double dipped and gone for him again.
I'm oddly interested in seeing which club is going to take on a lump who moves like a snail- for 60 minutes before coming to a complete standstill, and doesn't score many goals.
Hopefully Luton, although their bigot fans will probably turn on him once the penny drops that he's gash.
I thought it was £5m? Either way, just shows more ineptitude from our clueless decision makers, making poor judgment call after poor judgement call.
https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/s...riker-davis-wants-promotion-secures-15m-move/ Sorry, mis read your post HB1
Madness. Keinan Davis for £1m as a Championship striker is a good punt (much as he frustrated the living daylights out of me last season). Keinan Davis for £15m to try and keep you in the Premier League would've been insanity.
Bet Villa are gutted we were such a shambles last year. Would have been the deal of the century, from their perspective
I seem to believe that there was plenty of excitement from people, especially on here regarding his signing last season. But agreed in hindsight it was an awful signing.
I was certainly fooled by Forest fans reviews of him. There were 5 minute spells where I could see what they were talking about, he'd pick the ball up on the half way line, breeze past 3 players and spray the ball out to the winger. I'd think 'bloody hell this guy is mint' then see him looking like he's about to throw up, 40 yards from goal, as Sarr puts a cross into no one.
Isn't that down to our clueless fitness team ? Hull if he is going managed to sort Tufan out which is something we failed to do
He just wasn't as good with us (blue) as he was Forest (red). Large parts of his game were similar (xG, aerial ability, shots taken, defensive output) but the bits that might've made him good (dribbling, xG Assisted) regressed by quite a bit.
Not to say our fitness team are anything other than awful, but apparently he had similar issues at Forest. Rarely played the full 90. I doubt a Rob Edwards pre-season helped, mind.
