Agreed. First touch bounces off his foot, horrible attitude, can’t finish, not hungry to score goals. Andre Gray was worse at more things but he was so much better at the two things he was good at which overall made him more of a threat than Keinan Davis is right now. Wild.
There was a brilliant point today when he had the ball in a bit of space, lumbered forwards and the defender caught him up and nicked it off him and he was just waving his arms at his team mates as though it was somehow their fault. He's utter gash.
Shouted at Ken at one point for not somehow telegraphing his heavy touch and being there to receive it. So many times there’s a 50/50 or like a punt, sliced clearance from a defender and Davis is just on his heels, the opposition defender just walks in front and claims the ball before Davis has even lifted his heel to move, fat lump.
I don't think that will ever happen, even at his best at Forest he was hardly prolific. I wasn't expecting him to bang 20 goals for us, but even about 10 would have been good, while generally being a nuisance for defenders and bringing others into play, but neither has really come to fruition
I’m sick of him slouching around throwing his arms up in the air when he doesn’t get the ball (even his teammates know he’s rubbish), and his attitude seems to stink. What right does he have to be shouting and screaming at other players, when he’s comfortably the worst attacking player at the club? Absolutely delighted we won’t have to buy him in the summer. Total dud.
Staggering how bad he is. I’m sure the hype will get him a move in the summer to some other poor club.
Good finish, didn't do much else and easily could've got a second yellow for the pull back. Still, hopefully he kicks on from here.
Good first half performance, but started the second half like he had spent half time sprinting on a treadmill.
If we don’t get promoted, we will have to pay full market price, not this discounted promotion price Gino negotiated.
I missed his goal last night but seeing it on the highlights this morning it's a really good striker's goal. Just so disappointing he's failed to show that sort of eye for it so far this season. Plus obviously there's still the lingering doubt that if he was asked to take a defender on like that in the 66th minute rather than the 6th whether he'd have the legs for it.
There really is no doubt at all on that. He was absolutely done in after half time last night, he looked like he had run a marathon with a piano on his back.
I genuinely don't understand how you can be a professional footballer, in visibly (theoretically) amazing shape, with the benefit of an almost Premier-League level fitness team, and actually be playing competitive games, and still just never get any fitter - let alone fit enough to do your job satisfactorily and match every one of the rest of your teammates (including the sizeable contingent who are about 15 years older than you). The mind boggles.
It really is shocking. Not everyone is a natural athlete but Davis looks done in before the first half is complete.
Who was the one player who didn't walk around the pitch at the end of the game. Yes, the useless **** Davis. I don't want to hear about the goal he scored, what about all the missed opportunities and poor passes he made. A total waste of space and doesn't care about the club.
I won't argue with you, I just saw Davis walking down the tunnel as the rest of the team walked around. Shame on Pedro if he also ducked out.
Good. The fact that this lot walk around applauding after a dismal draw against the bottom side is more insulting than storming off. The facts the fans demand they do and then oblige with their own applause is even more ridiculous. If Davis and Pedro stormed off, then fantastic. They all should have.
I was also surprised why some in the rookery started to clap as they came round, they didn't deserve it. But the player should walk round to at least apologise for the poor show they put on for us.
Can someone clip that awful headed attempt from point blank range about a minute before his goal please? (@reids) Bailed out by the lino, albeit only because he lumbered offside when he had a clear view across the line. Laughable stuff.
If he was a horse he would have been turned into glue. Utter calamity of a player. National League standard. Dalby might even be better.
