Werewolf - Road To Qatar - Day 5

wfcSinatra was preparing a campfire-barbeque for an evening celebration having lynched an evil. The other fans were busy getting other aspects of the feast ready when so saw in the glow of the embers a furry creature staring at him and drooling. Armed with large tongs he shouted, "WOLF!" as the wolf padded towards him. wfcSinatra made sure he was on the opposite side of the fire from the wolf until help arrived. The wolf made a jump over the flames but wfcSinatra rolled aside and the wolf's claws were tantalisingly close as it passed over.
Suddenly he heard a roar coming from one of the others, it was the guardian shouting wielding the silver dagger. "You again?" the guardian shouted, and threw the raw burgers at the wolf who at least had something to eat.

 

Guardian is Man of The Match, 110%.

Phenomenal stuff once again, and after such a great day yesterday, too!

Have we got a new player in Optimististichornet today?

So I can tell you, I am a Mason, Tom is a Mason and Horace was also a Mason.

Opti is Very Good, Tony has been named in the same message as me so I believe him to be Good. Ashdon was Good in Mike's eyes. So it's Happy, I'm voting early.

The ONLY possibility is Ashdon, and that is if somehow Mike saw something wrong in a tinker/traitor style role but I highly doubt it, I think Mike was in a role which made him Good and allowed him to see our other Very Good roles or something.

 

Oh yeah, sorry!!

Here we are on Day 5, not one viewed player on my part has been named Evil. I would have dearly loved to change this today, but alas, this is not the case. The idea behind my view is that we therefore have both HappyHornet24 and Optimistichornet named in messages today. If I am not here tomorrow, then you can hopefully deduce something from today's play to wrap things up.

So far, I have viewed the following:

Ordinarily I would think this is unfortunate, but truth be told I was not expecting to be here today, and here is one element to my messaging that remains untapped by the author of message 1 today. I must say, this was their best effort to mimic my messaging style, however, so kudos.

The phrase and code have already been revealed in my message on Day 3, but again, for the sake of continuity:

One team on their game today. The other very off colour. 19,064.”

 

I can confirm Sinatra, Horace and I are masons.

 

Anyone object to HH24 being the guardian?

 

Interesting that the second message alludes to an 'untapped element' in the messaging. Anybody got any ideas as to what that may be?

For what it's worth, I am inclined to believe message 2 is our seer and that HH24 is good, meaning Opti is in the hot seat in my eyes.

 

Sinatra's early vote means we really need to take our time over this and get it right.

I will be intrigued to hear Opti weigh in here post-messages. I have a feeling he is going to try to out himself as the seer...

 

I still think I'm I correct with my point yesterday from the day 3 message about Staying Positive,

Ie Optimistichornet is EVIL and this was a potential clue?

 

On a nightshift tonight so need to put my vote in pretty much now. I realise this is potentially going to be an issue if I get it wrong.

 

Maybe vote Opti to level things up for now? I'm starting to believe HH24 is the guardian (particularly as no-one has claimed otherwise)

 

I think Opti is the right place to vote for now Tony, if you do have to submit your vote early.
