Not hard when they’ve got **** all else to live for up Norf. I’m sure most blokes up there would trade their 2nd marriage and the birth of their 6th born son to see their 11 men with 12 fingers gain 1 point away to a mighty team in Hertfordshire.

The problem with their goal was Kabasele (I think) letting Giles get passed him. Sierralta then had to move across to cover but was a fraction late. This left a gap in the middle with two Middlesbrough forwards unmarked. Bachmann then tried to counter that but was late in doing so and flapped at the ball.
If Kabasele had turned and run with Giles, rather than stopping to see where the pass from midfield was going we would have had defenders in the middle and Bachmann wouldn't have run out and missed the ball. they may still have scored but it would have been much harder for them.

Maybe, but I agreed with the Sky commentator. Sierralta should have cleaned out the winger when he had the chance. He was across in plenty of time but didn't follow through with the tackle.

Fine line between a slow centre half being a lumbering disaster and a ruthless enforcer.

His first season with us he was very aggressive and tried to snuff out danger before it began. This season, maybe due to his injury and lack of game time last season, he's been a lot more cautious.

Desperately need him to get back to being the old Sierralta as we have enough lumbering centre halves as it is

Insert comment here about being desperate to get out of Middlesbrough at any opportunity.

Seems a bit like the cowardly lion so far to be honest. Turning his back as an opponent strikes the ball is another troubling trait we're seeing from him that I don't remember from 2 seasons ago.

This is what @Carpster (if I'm not mistaken) often pointed out/railed against in our last promotion season in relation to WTE. If it's contagious, we're in serious trouble.

I did and still do. It's a cowardly trait that is infectious throughout the game. Personally not bothered about other clubs I just want ours to stand up and be men.
