So Juergen Elitim has 1 year left on his contract and after a very good season at Deportivo de la Coruña has quite a few admirers in Spain. I very much doubt he will ever play for us but I would not be suprised if we had 2 or 3 million euros in the kitty this summer.
I do think we’ll sell but here’s a lad who’s only ever done well in Spain’s third tier. I’d be shocked if we get even half that unfortunately.

They won the division which Elitim was playing in for Deportivo, so will next season be playing in La Liga 2.

I always wondered who this guy was when playing FIFA. I guess I don't need to wonder anymore as he's history.
If my memory is correct he was horribly unlucky, we loaned him out to spanish teams to get him his Spanish passport (which would've got him a work permit) but then the work permit rules changed and that blew his chance of getting one.
