Gino "Mad dog" Pozzo. He probably has his own tent at London Conley.

I thought about Gracia, but his record was not as good as you might imagine: - P66 W25 D13 L28 - Total 88Pts just 44% of the pts available.

You mention the need for a defensive disciplinarian, did you see my earlier post about Ivic? Have a look back on this thread #247, I think he could be that man.

What proportion of points did Munoz win? Or Jokanovic? Or Farke last season for Norwich?

I am not sure why percentage of points won in the championship is a relevant metric.

With our managers, where they end up next is a decent reflection of their calibre. Javi - managed Valencia now earning a fair amount in the Middle East. QSF - bottom half La Liga. Marco Silva - Everton and Fulham. Slav - Fulham but never cut it in the PL; Mazzarri - mid table Serie A. Munoz - Liga Segunda. Ivic has been out of work for a while and I think that says something. If he was in the Champions League knockouts and unbeaten with Olympiakos or something then maybe this conversation would be worth having.

I’m sure Ivic could get a job, he probably just hates us so much he’d rather us up every penny of severance he got from us just to spite us. Who could blame him.

While this is obviously a short term appointment, Roy Hodgson's record is extremely good, he's been a manager is the highest echelons of football for decades and has seen and done it all across Europe. If the players can actually be persuaded to listen to him and do what he asks, we've got a chance of getting out of this mess we're in and surviving. To be honest, no matter who the manager is, staying up this season was always going to be a big ask with the squad we have and the financial impediments of the last few seasons hanging over us, but I personally think Roy will give us a fighting chance.

It used to be in the cut through that bisects the ground floor of the Harlequin/Intu Centre/Whatever the **** it is now about halfway down, though who knows if it survived the ravages of time/the pandemic. Basically, there's a chance we'll be able to keep him happy.

They finally decided staying up after you spend £60m on players might be worth a shot.

    Weird.

My friend used to write some of the the short Warhammer 40K stories that you sometimes get in the games. I know all the cool people.

Clever from Moussa, offering to come in knowing full well he wouldn’t have to as we’d have no manager.

It's a funny image - the next para reveals that 'others within the squad who had been at the club longer read between the lines' - Moussa was like 'What? We just shamed ourselves; we need to come back in and start training straight away to improve and prepare for the next game!?!' and the club rep is standing there winking furiously like
