I'd really, really like it to be us to go and take their best player on a cut price deal as they panic sell to avoid financial meltdown (lol). If you can please make it happen Gino then I promise not to slag you off for at least the first 5 games of the season. Thanks.
He would fit in very well. Sarr's pace on the wing with Hughes through the middle creating a few chances that he would relish on. I would be more hopeful of him putting a chance away at the top level over Success (and the rest of our "strike force".
They're going to have to sell him, no choice. The price will depend on who comes in for him & how much they offer.
His agent would have been on the blower as soon as the FT whistle went. Guarantee he was and is calling Villa, Everton, Leeds, Southampton, Brighton, Palace, Arsenal, West Ham and Newcastle. Unfortunately we weren’t on the list.
Danjuma should now be our number one target, because he fills in as a LW and he scores plenty of goals too, he would so fit in to a front three for us with him on the left and Sarr on the right we just need someone down the middle. There should be at least 30 goals with those two out wide and a decent front man down the middle, and with all 3 of them switching around it could probably be more like 50.
If he’s affordable, we’d be foolish not to at least attempt it. Problem is I think he will be well out of our price range. Still got 3 years left and will have plenty of suitors after this season.
Under contract until 2024 and he cost them £15m. It depends on how many EPL clubs are interested in him, but he will be in the Premier League with someone next season for sure.
I would agree that I’d rather we only brought 1 player that would make a difference, rather than loads of players that aren’t good enough
I just sent Danjuma a message on Twitter saying would you sign for Watford. This is his response. Arnaut Danjuma @Danjuma I am outside, and I’m more than happy to talk.
Whilst I can see the viewpoint you’re coming from, I think once again you are vastly overstating how many goals a player should get in the PL (outside the Top 4-6). In fact, not many inside the Top 6 have 30 between them, let alone 50.
Yep, I think we should aim is to finish next season with the team having scored 50 goals in total. So far Wolves have scored 35 in 37 games!
Cant see the pozzos going anywhere near him His stats for last season in prem were terrible and he going to cost a lot of money for maybe or maybe not a better season this time around non starter sorry guys ,pozzo's might pay it for a proven player but not him
Now that Bournemouth are finnancially in the ****, I can't wait for Gino to offer a paltry £5m just for the bantz.
Yeah but if we burn through all the recommendations for who won’t be coming here, we can quickly get down to stories about re-signing Britt Asombalonga and watching some on here tie themselves in knots describing it as a savvy move.
If he joins, it'll all be forgotten. I expect they are celebrating the fact Muff failed to get promoted.
