Zincs best game in a Watford shirt. The interception stopping them from a break and delivery for our 2nd was great.

    Silly me!
Sounds like Ken Nicholson who used to run the Herts Closed tennis champs. He got stroppy when a few of the men criticised his schedule.
He picked up the box of tennis balls from his car roof and said "you ****ing do it then you ****ers".
    So they did.

Never a penalty, ridiculous, but what a night for Bachmann, actually coming off his line and has saves another penalty, that’s 4/4 saves now this season.

The 50th minute in this game has been huge! Not sure I’ve ever seen so many incidents in one minute.

(Ignore if you didn’t watch on the red button!)

Very entertaining evening! A win, plenty of goals, could have scored twice the amount easily.

Pedro, Sarr and Zinc are a joy to watch. Add to that Kiko / Hughes.

    Sierralta is a man mounting!

    Subs given some useful minutes.

And Andre gave me 40 minutes of his classic comedy routine for a much needed midweek giggle.

Good performance but annoyed as it should have been 7-1...!!
Subs all did OK. Zinc very good, even Massina looked decent.
Q: What position was Success playing.?

Since Xisco became our Head Coach, no other team in the division have won more points than we have.

    That’s all :)

First goals for Sierralta and Gosling. Could have been seven. Rested Kiko and Sarr for a half as well.

Bachmann great save but poor officiating. Still careless from TE. Only disappointment Gray was poor. It was a cameo he did set up Sierralta with a chance but Success despite falling over twice initially still created a chance and passed accurately. We cannot afford a striker to be so poor if he is coming on when we need him.

A complete pass to no one when Pedro was open, a volleyed pass out of touch and two chances. One hit miles high the other could have brought it down and then shot. Needs to up his game.

Great result and looking like an excellent night with other results too.

Gray is literally the worst "footballer" of all time.

    Good win

Good to see Gray really grasping the chance to claim a position in starting 11

Great result and for most of it a decent performance, though it was funny to see certain elements wind down as the subs increased - not that that made us look much less in control, or indeed stop fashioning very presentable opportunities.

The Derby game is an incredible result for us, and if Muff stays the same then it's sheer madness. Even I can't be pessimistic at this exact moment.

Professional job, looked a different level at times (as you’d expect). Three points in the bag and a decent rest for Kiko and Sarr - who I sincerely hope wasn’t struggling as much as he looked at the end.

Derby have done us a big favour too, plus the Muff p***** are beating Swansea, so potentially a huge night for us.

Only small downside for me was not seeing Hungbo or Wilmot get some minutes. Maybe on Saturday, but we have to be wary of the new manager bounce.

For now let’s just enjoy tonight!

Edit: and props to Bachmann for proving his penalty heroics in the cup were no fluke.

******* Gray. I had £20 at 28/1 for Watford to score 5 or more.

On the other hand, what a night!

    Another step closer!

Great first half, we looked fluid and dangerous going forward. Zinkernagel MOTM for me.

Job done by half time. Good to see Kiko, Sarr and a few others get a well earned rest.

Swansea currently losing and Brentford have thrown away a 2 goal lead to draw 2-2 at Derby.

Meanwhile we're hitting form at just the right time, 8 wins from 9 and 4 wins on the trot.

    Magic.

Have a great St. Patricks Day everyone!

Let’s enjoy this and focus on the positives.

Closest rivals dropping points too (at least at the moment)

    In summary...

Good win, could have had 6 or 7.

Covid or no covid, Rotherham are a bit sh*t.

    Bachmann did well.

Zinck has his best game so far.

    They scored a banger.

    8/10

    4 actual goals to 1?!

I'm old enough to remember when we couldn't buy an away goal never mind a win.
