I know accurate fact based reporting is an alien concept for you so I won't take your comments too seriously. For a change.
Lots of Hungbo propaganda coming out of the various social media accounts today Should give everyone a clue on our likelihood of signing any new attackers...
Jarrad Branthwaite joining Blackburn on loan according to SSN. And it carries comments from Ancelotti so seems legit.
Yup. TBF though, this is pretty impressive. Can't see Deeney or Grey doing that. Or even attempting it. https://twitter.com/WatfordFC/status/1349385970022371329
According to reports this evening from Sky and the Telegraph, Derby are now on the precipice of administration as their takeover is yet to be completed. Players still not paid. Bielik is probably exactly what we need to replace Capoue. If they really are on the verge of admin, we could probably get him for £3-5m even though he’s a £10m+ player. A little injury prone though.
Would be a useful player for a team that will spend £3-5m then. Not sure it's relevant to us though...
I think people really need to realise we have no money to spend. If anything happens it'll be an Udinese loan coming in because they can cover the wages and that's it.
It's largely accurate and real - slight embellishments, as you can imagine. Very little/nothing is made up entirely. He said toure is literally back in Guinea, 'biding his time' or some stupid buzz-term like that. The striker thing was basically as stupid as that, and HB1 posted a screenshot of that part a page or two back, this morning.
Thanks, Sherlock. I obviously realise that we have little money and little desire to spend it. Can I not suggest someone that I would like us to sign? Isn’t that the premise of this thread? I’ve hardly suggested Mbappe here.
Mbappe? Never heard of him. Let me guess he’s some tinpot, over the hill player dragging his heels in Serie C. Typical Gino, always going cheap. Signs a Football Manager Regen player called “Mbappe” instead of someone who would actually make a difference, like George Honeyman at Hull. #pozzoout
4 more goals for Giakoumakis for Venlo tonight away at Den Haag, including running in to beat a certain Daryl Janmaat at the near post for a stooping header. Seems very popular with the rest of the squad and runs his socks off.
Yep, said we should sign him earlier in this thread, but Gino knows best. Deeney and Gray are clearly better than him...according to Gino, but no-one else in the universe.
Why would you suggest a transfer that will never happen? Seems a bit pointless to me. If you like the look of a player I'd forward your recommendation to Mr Giaretta, I don't think anyone here is able to help you.
I mean is it so much less likely than signing pretty much anyone else suggested recently in this thread? Not dissimilar in price from Kasper Junker, Ben Whiteman, Giamoukis (the VVV Venlo guy @Markoa$ has been promoting). Is it really that outlandish to look at a club in our league that may have to flog players to avoid administration and highlight that one of their players is exactly what we need? Genuine question: What, in your view, is the price limit above which no transfer should be suggested? £1m? 0? Only those who will pay their own wages?
I don't know if anyone has already suggested this guy, but the striker Luke Jephcott down at Plymouth looks like he could be a good shout and possibly would not cost too much. Forest are apparently looking at him, but hopefully we might look like a better option for him at present.
Conor Hourihane anyone? Pete O'Rourke @SportsPeteO Aston Villa are considering letting Conor Hourihane leave on loan this month amid interest from a number of clubs.
No, I watched it on Bet365. They usually have them on their Facebook page a day or so after the game.
I’m talking about the guy playing his PlayStation. Obviously a striker that scores goals is better than what we have...!
Reading up about him, plenty of reports that he lacks pace and skill, and a lot of his goals are just because he’s willing to have a shot when he gets the ball. Sadly I think you need more than that to be successful at the top of the Championship and at PL level.
Well the fact he is willing to have a shot at goal would be a big improvement on the clowns we have at front at the moment, so it's a yes from me
A couple of players who will be free transfers next summer. Aguero (254 league goals) and Messi (455 league goals). Maybe a little old, but I'm sure they could do a job for us. Gino, get it done.
