I think we need to leave this to Max Bygraves on syllable count alone. There's a tiny ground (There's a tiny ground) By a tiny street (By a tiny street) Where a Watford lass (Where a Watford lass) Had a lovely dream (Had a lovely dream) And her dream came true (And her dream came true). Quite unexpectedly, With Phily Phily Zinckernagel ex Norwegian Danish on the wing.
I was going to say that this won't happen until Moose puts his name to a song. But based on his name, I didn't have much hope. Well, me of little faith!
Ha! Thank you, though I’m sure you appreciate that anyone under the age of 50 will be thinking ‘what’?
Having watched this video, I think this guy is probably being seen as a REPLACEMENT for Sarr which is the bad news!!! However having said that he has pace to burn and although he seems to slightly favour his right foot, he also has a VERY GOOD left foot too. From this video I would say he looks better than Sarr, or at the very least better than the way Sarr has been playing of late. He also looks like he has a good footballing brain as he made several good runs and incisive passes other than just crosses. What I did notice from the video was that although he put in loads of great crosses many of them were wasted by his team mates, which reminded me of our current strike force, so me thinks we will still need to address that problem to get the very best out of this guy, although I think he will score a fair share of goals himself. All in all on the strength of this video, it's a yes from me, even if we have to sacrifice Sarr should he come on board.
- fake tan - almost certain he waxes his legs and chest - complete lack of swarthiness It's a resounding NO from me.
Leaving myself wide open to the Pozzo making me look utterly foolish any moment now, but don't forget the level of league you are watching him doing these things in; Sarr is a different calibre of player, whether he reaches/displays that whilst he is here with us or not. On top of that, Gino would have to be insane to let Sarr go midway through the season, having turned down an offer from Liverpool in the summer. His value will certainly not have increased, and if the decision was made to keep him with the intention of making the money back by getting promoted, we are still potentially on for that as it stands, with signs that the literally newly-installed coach may be capable of helping him take the handbrake off and perform at a level that would heavily contribute to that goal. It's not like he hasn't been popping up with goals or assists already; complaints have been centred about how he's being coached, and the idea that he has the talent and physicality to be even more effective than he is. To go back on all of that and just go 'actually **** it, off you go' when he hasn't shown any signs of downing tools and has been a valuable asset in the league up to now would be nonsensical. It's not even as if his contract is in such a position that he'll be worth any less if we decide to cash in/he starts making forceful noises in a few months time, when the season has played itself out.
Even lost in his own beautiful world of make believe, he admits later in this chain that they had 'already heard of him'. Perhaps it was the ingenious plan to apply for a pre-settlement agreement that was all down to the great and magical Lou, though.
Yes...but that was before he sent the DM. We have to be thankful he tipped them off. He was also the taxi driver watching Sudbury Court matches in 1980.
He started the email like this: "Hi guys, you know that £6m in loan fees you got for Obbi Oulare? I've a great idea where you could spend a tiny fraction of it..."
Because of a comment someone put in the Wobby, this popped into my head and is now stuck in there - with Zinckernagel substituted for Bugs Bunny. I thought perhaps by posting here I could get it out...
I don’t think he thinks he caused the signing. He is, as far as I see, jokingly attributing the signing to his DM. It would be like me (having suggested Zinckernagel on the transfer suggestions thread) remarking, “wow can’t believe the club actually reads the forum and acted on my suggestion.” That would be a joke (a bad one). This is too.
I take it you're not familiar with the LouOrns character in general? I'm not saying that he does actually think he caused the signing, nor is anyone else here. That's not the comedic element of his tweet, or what he is claiming by posting it. It is not intended to be a joke in the way that you think it is.
Competition for king Ken. 2 kings in one team.. And this C nut will be king of England, Denmark and Norway. HMS piss the league back on course ..
He looks a versatile player and I think he could possibly become a playmaker or even fit the bill in most forward positions from what I saw of him.
Knut a very Nordic name, believe its Knud in Danish though. So hopefully he will tie the defenders up in knots. Be very useful on the HMSPISSTHELEAGUE.
