We’re going to be an absolute shambles, and everybody knows it. The only hope we have is our better players taking responsibility upon themselves to play at the level their talent suggests they should, and that good feeling lasts long enough to give us a chance. Reality though, suggests they’ll continue to half-arse it every week, and we completely fall apart.
To be fair Masina and Sarr have probably never heard of Tommy Cooper so unleashing that impression on day 1 was always going to fall a bit flat.
Can't see Deeney's other arm. Bet he's got his mobile in it (can't live without it after all) and Ally McCoist on loudspeaker letting him know of another 'hilarious' training ground story.
Probably as no one knows who he is. He's already taunting Troy on the 3rd picture by pretending to be that doughnut lad out of the Simpsons.
They're exhausted after a really heavy session. "You had it easy with that Croatian pussy, no? This is how we train in Tblisi, and there will be show trials of anyone who doesn't run 20 km per match."
Just to say that for all tongue-in-cheek joiner-inners fairplay, and for anyone actually attempting to judge body language and group attitude from three stills pictures, you're insane.
Based on what you've seen of Gray over the last 18 months what are the strengths he has that will score us 15 goals. He doesn't have the ability to even kick the ball properly in the desired direction. I've backed him up in the past but there is nothing in his game now that says he will score goals. He would be my final choice as a striker including Success and Cucho who are not even available
One of those photos has (I think) Kiko in the background... Someone on here reckoned he was out with covid.? Nice to see Massina and Hughes in training.....
Understandable. It's 2020. To be fair he has more potential than Deeney and Gray combined, just never got his act together.
Yes its completely different to discuss Troy Deeney on here as opposed to abusing him personally on his twitter account. In the same way its different telling a mate u think a forum member is an @$$hole as opposed to posting online that they are an @$$hole. As ive said on several occasions u seem to use this forum as an opportunity to create conflict online with people u have never met. I draw my own conclusions from that. Im not trivialising mental health issues. Just red flagging your behavior. People who create online conflict with strangers tend to have underlying issues.
I spent 10 days in Tblisi. Its a good city and Georgians r great people. There's some cute women but I didn't get so much as a whiff. U have to watch your back a bit too cos everyone is connected to everyone else. Nowhere to hide!
Well you are trivialising mental health issues because you're suggesting someone disagreeing with you on things to do with a football club and its players must have mental health issues. And that's all that has happened. You're making claims that I've made 'personal comments' about you and it's nonsense. I think it's best if you just don't talk about other peoples mental health at all really? On all the other matters, we will have to agree to wholly disagree.
They certainly look confused - maybe it's because he's trying to tell them to pass the ball forwards?
In this moment he's a "fight like animals" merchant but I'm sure somebody will point him in the right direction soon enough.
Depends which animals as to whether I'm impressed. 'We will fight like cornered gerbils' doesn't cut it for me.
I've been wondering how GP now views the January window.? Has Xisco been promised any reinforcements.? We know we need at least one player in midfield, however I reckon GP sees our future in players like Ngakia, Dele-B, Quina, and Hughes, so he might not want to bring anyone in permanently at this point.? If Massina is fit we won't get a new LB and I reckon we will just get one or two midfielders on loan. (two if we let Capoue go).
