Guy who works at esso says he knows him very well and he'll be nothing like the failure we all expect. He says he'll be a completely different kind of failure to expected.
Imagine being a player at this club and having to put up with this nonsense. Is it any wonder they act like total ****s when the people running the club are making these sort of decisions on a whim? Is it any wonder that promising players like Chalobah have gone backwards when a new head coach with a completely different style of play, personality and training methods is appointed every couple of months? Is it any wonder that the only head coach we can attract is someone who has managed a total of 11 games in the Georgian league when our new sporting director is approaching the head coach during matches and trying to influence tactics and substitutions? This club has become a total ******* embarrassment and what we are seeing now is the natural end point of the rampant short-termism and classlessness that has been displayed ever since Gino Pozzo took sole control of the club. He got away with it for a few years but after years of the same **** no decent player or coach is prepared to get involved with us. If there are any Watford supporters who still don't realise that they are being completely taken the piss out of by the hierarchy and still support their regime they should be ashamed of themselves.
I have a suggestion for the next coach, as fans we all have our name in the hat and whoever gets drawn becomes coach: winner stays on! (until you lose, then a new coach is drawn from the hat!)

From the law of averages, if we keep rolling the dice enough times, eventually we'll throw a double six. Whether, it's now, only time will tell. At least he can't be any more defensive or negative thinking than Ivic, which is a big plus.
The short list the bookies had was diabolical. So this guy may as well have a crack at it. Hopefully some good came out of the ivic appointment ie sorted out the squad finding out who was staying and those boring draws we had away from home gave us a platform to build on. Reeks of a knee-jerk decision this. He will be gone when we get spanked by Norwich. Prefer us to have kept Ivic rather than take this punt.
Great post. Classless is a great description of Pozzo. I’d love to see someone try and do one of their posts where anyone who can’t stand Pozzo is “entitled”. What gullible subservient fools they look now it has played out.

The manager of the Huddersfield side who beat us at the weekend was a Spaniard who as a player didn't even make it beyond Valencia's reserves, and whose only previous managerial experience was a season in the Cypriot top division, where he got fired from one club then led another to the heady heights of 7th. Maybe the Pozzos took inspiration from that?
It could be good if the coach is completely peripheral. Maybe the players will just get on with it. A bit like the last year of the May Government when she’d lost her majority and all her time was taken up by Brexit. The Country was blessedly free of Government schemes to **** everything up and just went about our business.
I just want to ask what have you and your band if not so merry men done to make your feelings known to Duxberry and Gino? Rather than calling half of our fan base stupid because they disagree with you, and revelling in the fact that most of us are now as unhappy with the club as you have been since who knows when, why don't you actually do something to try to make the hierarchy know you don't like the way things are being run? Write a letter we can all send, organise a protest, make a banner or draw up a petition which I'd happily sign.
