Very disappointing, as I felt we managed them pretty well all game Really disappointed in Foster at the end there, he just needed to catch that King header instead of punching it over and we were probably home and dry Muff goal assisted by a player who shouldn't have been on the pitch. Par for the course with those cheats though
And some actually question why we hate Bournemouth? Vile, pathetic little club from top to bottom. C*nts. Ref needs to be investigated after that. Embarrassingly incompetent. Disgrace.
Finally a game for the Wetters and Clappers to unite over. Scandalous. Officials should be investigated, simple as that.
I tell you what, Bournemouth’s systemic, shameless cheating and weak, cowardly Football League officiating make one hell of a combo.
Foster could and probably should have done better but how they kept nine on let alone ten is beyond me. Sarr kicked half way to Garston.
Dirty bastards and the ref was awful, but no excuses needed. Defending a 1-0 lead is not good enough. Things will always conspire against you.
What a dreadful performance from the ref. First minute red card miss - Kelly. Elbow and high tackle both possible reds at least a yellow - Billings Kelly pull back on Sarr - second yellow Rico kick on Sarr - second yellow Garner - three fouls after being booked, should've had second yellow
Unbelievable. Robbed by the referee. Scum should have been down to nine. Looked completely comfortable despite the amount of possession the scum had. Quina was a bright spark. The referee should be told he is not welcome at Vicarage Road ever again. Blind ******* missed THREE red card offences. Possibly four with the ***** Rico's wild swing at Sarr late on. I hope the scum implode and are relegated in the near future with huge debts and find their level once more in the depths of League Two or the National League. Utter cheating, diving, nasty scum. Pure unadulterated scum filth. Hate them more than Lootown.
Shades of the Villa game. Clear red card and he is involved in a bulls**t extra time equaliser. Always draw with these cheats
Tough result to take considering the defensive masterclass we'd put on and the fact that there's no way they should've finished the first half with 11 players on the pitch. Plenty of positives to take though, Bournemouths build up play was superb and yet when they worked it through to the strikers they had nothing. Set-pieces were awful again today though, as they have been since GW2
That was a shame. Had to be Kelly involved too. Actually did better once the subs came on but only takes one moment from a set play.
That’s hard to take. Not one to put the blame on the officials generally, but the failure to send off at least one of their players for the multiple incidents that should have resulted in a second yellow/straight red is inexcusable. We probably looked more likely to score a second than they looked to scoring an equalizer. Quina for Cleverley sub worked well. Really, really annoyed about that late goal as we had managed the game well until that point. Referring was abysmal.
**** **** ****, Lloyd ******* Kelly of all people involved in that goal. Foster didn't need to come for that, and probably should have caught that ball before the corner, seen him parry a lot of those types of balls over the bar of late. We had been looking comfortable as well, wasn't as if it was all hands on deck. Oh well, I would have taken a point at the start of play, and we've got some winnable games to come too, not the end of the world
Then from the corner Kabasele gets excited, pops up from no where and clashes with at Troost-Ekong at the front post, taking both out of the picture when the ball is recycled back in again.
I would have taken a draw before the game but that was disappointing to say the least. I forgot how absolutely **** championship referees are.
Not a performance to get excited or disappointed about really. Gutted to concede at end. Quina was very bright. Our tactics are too negative especially at home. We pretty much set up shop to defend for 75 minutes and were happy to give them all the possession. We’re not going to keep a clean sheet every time. The main talking point was the referee. Absolutely disgraceful performance. 2 clear reds missed. A couple of clear yellows missed (one of which was a second yellow. Outrageous. Bad enough to look bent.
Bit unfortunate today. The ref was hopeless and on another day we is playing against 10 men. Having said that, and Ivic will know this, we didn't threaten in their box with shots in last 30 mins of match. They will say they deserve the point based on that period of play.
Not a great performance by us, yet realistically how many actual chances did they have? We easily managed them and it’s sickening they got away with a point. .... And then you’ve got the fact we should’ve easily won the game as they should’ve had a red card early on, followed by a couple more.
On the balance of play we certainly didn't deserve to win BUT there is no way they would have had so much possession playing more than half the match with 9 instead of 12. A decent performance but still lots of room for improvement.
Don’t like the lack of possession but that was the picture postcard of playing against 12 men. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Refs and his assistants have to be accountable. On reviewing that they should feel the same level of shame as we feel anger. Need to be stepped down for a number of games. We played too deep for the last 15 minutes. Cleverley did not contribute really. Bournemouth are a dirty team. That’s my summary.
Hard to defend supporting a team/watching football when you get things like that happen, but oh well. Scarcely believable I had to write a post here yesterday arguing for and why there is a 'rivalry' with Muff - it's because they're repulsive and stand for everything that's vile about football. Surely even the Muff fans themselves would freely admit to that, it would be churlish not to.
That amount of Injury time was ludicrous. Poor from Foster and we really should of won. Thought we played ok overall and plucky Muff get to go unbeaten for another week. Cheating diving losers. At least we didn't lose though and maybe a point a piece is fair overall, which most of us said would be a good result. Lots still to work on though, I can see Ivic being pretty upsetat that though. Great team goal from us, still far below what I know we can do. The sooner the injured players come back the better. Frustrated we couldn't hold on, but a point is better than a loss. On to whipping boys Wycombe it is. Must win.
