I met moog back in the 2015 Pre-Season game v Sevilla where Gomes completely wiped out Immobile.

 

I’m back after so many years away on business. Finally settled in Durham m, good to be home!

 

When the late great BWL died out of the ashes came Glory Horns, which I registered an account but never posted, and The Dark Side. The latter took on a few from BWL but was never the same. I can't remember if I ever posted on the official website message board.

All this happened when I last changed job and I didn't do the message board thing for a long time. Then when the Pozzo era was imminent I went to different places for info and found this site but I never felt compelled to register or post for another 2 years, probably because I thought I'd end up spending too much time here! Something someone posted caused me to register and post in June 2014 but I can't remember what.

As for Godfather, I think he's been banned for a while now, it transpired that we used to drink in the same pub in Nuremberg. I never knowingly met him when I lived there, but that was in the late 90s. I'm pretty sure Godfather still lives there now.

 

So there's been Torontotimmy, Thailandtimmy, and I presume Durhamtimmy will be making an appearance soon? A few more moves my friend you'll be rivalling Moog.

He got banned. Came back under various guises. I saw a profile pic the others say which was similar to one of his (Michelangelo's David).

 

He never posted. Just went into the arcade and topped all the leaderboards.

I miss the arcade.

 

I remember asking about the arcade going at the time and was told it was because of 2 reasons. One reason was the software was never updated regularly enough by the authors so it became a security risk, secondly it took up huge server resources when lots of people were using it, (remember the days when this place was regularly slow to load).

Chewitt relentlessly argued with about half the forum. So probably.

 

I recall one instance where Meister(I think it was him?) tricked everyone into thinking he'd won Euromillions as the numbers were available online an hour before the TV broadcast.

 

I wonder which alias it was under...

This has rapidly turned into the wfcforums missing persons thread.....still waiting for @hornmeister to weigh in on the arcade!

 

As diamond says, was about 2 versions of the software ago. It had some bad security holes and was a drain on the bandwidth.
If there's another arcade site we can link to like we do with the quiz that would be the best option.

 

King Of The Happy Clappers. He was most of the reason why the term was coined on here.

 

PYA is still around and still following the Orns. I spoke to him about a week ago.
