    Unless the fundamental setup behind the scenes and level of control the "head coach" has, is changed, it won't make a blind bit of difference who the man that waves his arms around at the side of the pitch during matches is.

    I think Joka, Gracia and Nige would get us in the top 2. Franco, Garcia, Wally and Billy Mac top 6. Deeney Champions League within 3 years.

    The head coach had the exact same level of control when we finished 11th and got to the cup final just over a year ago and when we were promoted from the Championship in 2015.

    I think Wally could have worked out, if he didn't have mentally weak slackers.

    It seems like most of the players hated him at the end, which puts him as my number one choice.

    Gianfranco for me, a) he is an incredibly nice chap and b) we played some beautiful football under him last time.
