I'm getting a very strong "2-2 with Deeney red" vibe from this game.

Spurs fan in the office is not feeling confident at all.

Some really big six pointers elsewhere. If we did get the 3 points tomorrow it would be very welcome.

    Brighton v Villa
    Norwich v Bournemouth
Plus tricky games for Burnley (Sunday), Newcastle.

Can see us playing well but losing this one, has to happen eventually

Key will then be how we bounce back in the 6 pointers which come afterwards

This happened with my picnic hamper, full silver cutlery set and 2nd best china dining set, gas barbecue and cooler full of beers. They'll do anything to try and force you to buy their overpriced drinks and food in the ground! Madness!

So if can't be win and it can't be a loss that only leaves one possible outcome. A massive asteroid is going to strike the Vic tomorrow and wipe out all life on Earth. Bad times.

It's very worrying that even Spurs fans on the whole are going for a draw or a win to us. Very disconcerting and bound to blow up in our faces.

I actually think we will get a result tomorrow with Chalobah scoring from outside the box. Probably Son will get one but we will win 2-1 with Deeney smashing one in off his backside (deflection) from a Sarr cross!

I expect to, using a phrase I’ve seen on here.. snot them. We are going to snot over them. By the end of the game they will be covered in snot. It will be dripping off them in puddles. If any of them wear glasses they won’t be able to see through the runny snot covering the lenses. They will be gagging on our snot.

4-1 to The golden cheese army.

It’s hard not to be confident going into this game and believing that 3 points is highly realistic.

    Form in last 5 games;

    Watford - Won 4, Drawn 1, 13 points
    Spurs - Won 1, Drawn 1, Lost 3, 4 points

    Watford - Scored 11, Conceded 2, GD +9
    Spurs - Scored 4, Conceded 7, GD -3

Something is not right in the Spurs camp and they are definitely there for the taking. We always seem to be a bit more fired up against the top 6 (bar Man City, and Liverpool, with the exception of the 2-0 defeat), so with our form, momentum and confidence, we are the last team Spurs and Mourinho would want to be facing. Pearson will have the boys fired up for this one. Hopefully our boys just keep their heads and don’t do anything stupid. We score first and their heads will drop, their fans will be on their backs, and it will become toxic for them.

Looking at the multiple fan forums, (I guess a top 6 club can’t have too many forums like RB’s it seems) even they don’t know what their best formation/team is. Apparently Mourinho doesn’t either.

Sarr and Deulofeu on the wings is the last thing their FB’s, most likely Rose and Aurier, will want. Sanchez got owned by Deeney in the past and he always has a red card/lack of concentration moment in him.

Like Bournemouth, Spurs will try and play out from the back, do exactly what we did against Bournemouth, press high without letting space in behind our defence, (that’s what nullified Wilson, Fraser and Wilson) and the three points are ours.

    Watford 2 - 1 Spurs

Watford to win 1-0, but my earlier Nostradamus prediction before the Man Utd game had this one down as a defeat. If we lose I'll refer you back to that, if we win, then I'll refer you to this. Not sure what I'll do if we draw.

I have taken Aurier out of my fantasy team (he was only a makeweight anyway) just in case of SarrDel scoring a hattrick of goals / assists!

Spuds eh? What a team and what a fanbase.

I despise arsenhole because of their obnoxious teams of the 80s and their fans' grating smug arrogance and big opinion of themselves.

But if I were to judge it purely on snide and (cough) -untishness, then yet sad Spudder wins by a country mile.

I must have known over a dozen of 'em over the years in various different situations. Formal and informal. Lumpen elements, every single last man jack of 'em.

    That's been my experience anyway.

And although we may never win anything during this precarious visit to the premier*****, the fact that oh so mighty Tottenham are worried to death about visiting the humble Vic is where I get my skysupersocca premier thrills.

    Ha ha ha ha etc.

Spurs lack an identity, much like cottage cheese. They are the team that you enjoy when on a diet, and you don't want to consume anything exciting or full of flavour. You spread them on plain crackers at your gran's house, or use them in a plain salad with iceberg lettuce and cucumber. Watery, bland, uneventful.

We are more of the mature cheddar variety, the cheese that you mix in with everything possible to give it a bit of oomph. Character, flavour and adaptability, earned through years of maturing.

I took my coagulated curds to the game along with my mold and portable cheese pressed, but the stewards would not allow me through despite my having booked a seat for the press for the next 15 home games to allow the aging process to take place.

    Modern football is a joke

Nope, I was a Man City fan before Pearson’s run, just jumped onto the band wagon. Before Man City, I was a United fan, then an arsenal fan during the invincibles, then back to United, then Chelsea. I flirted with Spurs since they got the final of the CL last season. Once Liverpool are confirmed as champions, I will ditch this forum for RAWK.

We have a lot in common this season.

A good, likeable manager with a team that had been together for a few years. Cup finalists.

The players believe their own hype and drop their standards. Some move into their last couple of years of contract.

A good, likeable manager gets the boot and a historically defensively sound man comes in. The attacking portion of the team flounder while the defence still concedes enough goals to nullify the odd goal you do score.

Thank god we made the change to Pearson. Spurs are still in their Quique moment.
