    Liverpool is a strange place. Last time I was there everybody claimed to know one of the players, or have a link to them in some way (often tenuous). All seems a bit incestuous tbh.

    Either that, or they're a load of billy bullshitters? Genuinely can't work it out.

    I don’t think anyone is aggrieved. And none of the more subtle posters on here have an issue as you have come across well.

    But I think where most WFC fans struggle to comprehend things is that is very widely reported that any deal is dead. We’ve said no, and your club (for once) has accepted that.

    So when you say he ‘may’ be moving North, there is literally nothing to suggest that.

    Thanks. I'm genuinely not here on a wind up. I've heard positive things, clearly as I'm up North, and was just after views from your supporters.
    He would clearly improve our side but would also leave yourselves in a situation this late on in the window. Something I'm not 100% comfortable with.

    Lots of watford fans are uptight about the new season, I guess because of our no-show at Wembley, the drop in form leading up to it, the lack of signings and our poor defensive and striking options.

    Unfortunately posters like Syd mean that people are less likely to give genuine Toffees such as yourself a chance.

    Its not really unwarranted, its just people getting fed up of trolls. I wouldn't read too much into it.
